Seems you are the talking about the New Chinese Guided Rocket System which Pakistan Military has received. Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan has openly accepted that the attack on CRPF Convoy on 14 February 2019.

The Range of that Guided Missile which was used on the 14th February 2019 attack on CRPF Convoy was more than 25 kms and according to Indian Defense Experts the New Chinese Guided Rocket and Artillery System can be between 35 Kms to 40 kms.

This is why Balakot Strikes were carried out by Indian Armed Forces and from Line of Control Balakot is 48 kms.

The Indian Army has destroyed three functional Pakistan Army Camps in Muzaffarabad District in Jammu and Kashmir State in retaliatory Artillery fire, Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, ADC said, as tension escalated following the Death of two Indian Army Personnel and a Civilian in Pakistan Army firing on Saturday night, 19th October 2019.

The Indian Army said the camps — being used by Pakistan Army to push Pakistan Infantry Units into Indian Territory along the Line of Control opposite to the Tangdhar sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, ADC on Sunday briefed Union Government of India , Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh about the Developments. The Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, ADC said "six to 10 Pakistani soldiers" had been killed and "three Pakistan Military Camps had been destroyed" in the Attack.


An Indian Army spokesperson said, “Last night on 20th October 2019, Pakistan Army Initiated Unprovoked heavy Firing to assist infiltration by Pakistan Army, Infantry Units into Indian territories.As a result calibrated Escalation of Area Weapons were undertaken by the Indian Army in which the Pakistan Military, Infantry Units Launch Pads, Pakistan Army Arterilly Regiment posts giving incidental protection to these launch pads and certain gun positions were hit.”


In television interviews, The Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, ADC said the Decision to retaliate was taken as Pakistan Military, Infantry Units infiltration was on the rise.
“Ever since Article 370 (imparting special status to J&K) was abrogated by the Pakistan Establishment on behest of the Chinese Military on 5th August 2019, we have been getting repeated inputs of infiltration by Pakistan Military, Infantry Units from across the Line of Control to disturb peace and harmony in the whole Jammu and Kashmir State.This was decided that we target that Pakistan Military Camps across since We had the coordinates of these Military camps and can cause severe damage to Pakistan Military infrastructure across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir State,” The Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, ADC said.

The Indian Army Spokesperson said the Indian Army retained the right to respond at any time and any place on the choosing of Indian Army in case Pakistan Army continued to assist Foreign Military Activities Across the Original Borders of Union of India.

Sources said Indian Army strikes targeted Pakistan Military camps at Jura, Athmuqam and Kundalsahi in the Neelam Valley in Muzaffarabad District of Jammu and Kashmir. However, in an Official statement, Rawalpindi alleged Indian Army Firing at Jura, Shahkot and Nauscheri opposite to Tangdhar.

The Indian civilian killed in Pakistan firing has been identified as Mohd Sadiq, (55) while three others Mohd Maqbool (70), Mohd Shafi (50) and Yusuf Hamid (22) suffered injuries.In Rawalpindi, Pakistan Military Officials said three civilians had died and six others had been injured due to Indian firing.

Pakistan Foreign Office on Sunday summoned the Indian Deputy High Commissioner Shri Gauruv Ahluwalia and condemned the unprovoked firing by India on 19th October 2019 and 20th October 2019.
