Azad Kashmir is inconsequential to us. But GB is a must. It is the land corridor we need to Afghanistan and beyond. Of course eventually if Pakistan stabilises and becomes amenable, Pakistan too could participate. There is nothing to be gained from fighting when your poor are dying from floods or droughts. Eventually your generals too need a country. You all know the GB by rights belongs to us. I do not believe you or the populace will fight a return to India. Let's wait and see. Right now it's all khayali pulao.

China will pretty much rely on it for their eventual reunification with Taiwan.

The strait of Malacca and the three island chain can be blockaded by the US navy, which can crush the Chinese economy pretty quickly. That’s why they need an alternate shipping route- aka the CPEC
