Nikah is marriage its a simpler Islamic way of marriage if you wish to celebrate it with different traditions that is your personal choice Nikah by itself is marriage
Nikah is contract and marriage as entailed by the English word traditionally and Shaadi as entailed by Indian society has not been contract ever. It is an relationship which only dissolve on death of the marriage partners or not even then both as per Christian as well as Hindu rules. Now if your Mullahs are arguing that Shaadi is more weightier than Nikah then you must debate with them.

Mujhe pata hai Islami Nikah ke usool. Mein tho tumhare mullohn ki baat kar raha hun. These are on youtube.

Nikah itself is marriage

LOL. Islamic logic most hated thing by Allah but Allah's bandas most vociferously propagate it. Also suddenly Hadeethe becomes valid when it suits the society.
Ab baat ghalt sabit honey par ayein bayein mar rahey ho faiyida koyi nahi :D

Yeh baat galat sabit nahi huyi kyunki Islamic duniya joh sab se zyada apne religion ko follow kartein hai woh khud isse practice nahi kartein hain unlike practicing Christians and almost all Hindus who are not religious but very bound to their marriages. Practice shows what is your belief rather than mere words. Words that too not from Quran which is the only thing you guys hold irrefutable and not the Hadeeth which most of you guys conveniently say is not authentic 90% of the time.

Only in India
Otherwise too, it is not a very complicated process across in the Muslim world. Marriage is not held sacred and is easily dissolved. While the Christian world had to discard Christianity to get to this stage and Hindus despite having adopted legally the option of divorce shun divorce almost completely.

Not easy the procedure is kind of lengthy

Divorce in some cases is the best option for example if one partner is a drunkard or violent Islam gave us an escape route so we dont live unhappy lives with someone who is not worthy of our time or is a bad influence

APko sahi nahi lagti ap na follow karo but sach sach hy apkey tamam points refute ho gaye ab bus ayein bayein reh gayi hy

Then why Allah's displeasure with divorce without any ifs and buts in it.

Kaunsi baatein refute huyi hai? Islam has no significance for Diyas anywhere in the Islamic world, but in Pakistan they follow a custom which looks and is and exact copy of Hindu custom. Same with marriages and divorces and here tho widows ki remarriage ki baat chedi thi mein neh.

LoL. No offence but Pakistanis and North Indians actually look like men, the south and east Indians from what i'v seen in the U.K at least, look like little kids.
Your opinions are yours, I guess.

Check others or all of them if possible...there are quite a few and will take time. Yes the accent is British(Lord Aleem) as he was a Pakistani Britisher and Knighted with 'Lord'...Many videos are of Pak expats visiting Pak for their friends and families and weddings...
Hmm. When I was a kid I thought all Pakistanis are part Brits. Courtesy some programs on PTV I guess, can't exactly remember though...
