India slams Western intervention

Uh, India is just looking towards their interests. It's funny how Americans are countering the balance of Power in Asia. When they destabilize one country it has affects on the entire region; in some cases a domino effect occurs.

I seriously doubt this. India, U.S., and Israel are all three in the same bed.

From what we can understand from the reality,US has got lots of beds in Pakistan.I can't say the same about India.

I heard the full address of our PM in the UNGA. What he said is in no way a departure from India's stand on the issue. We did not support NATO's intervention in Lybia, nor are we supporting the actions taken by the west against Syria. We have opposed further sanctions on Iran. The PM was forthright in slamming the west for its armed interventions and he was also clear about India's support for independent Palestine. We are not beholden to any one. We will do what is right for our country.

We cant openly denounce assad (he is one of few pro-india arab leaders remaining) and also openly condemn west..we need both....

There's also violence against Syrian soldiers. Ideally, the global community would play a diplomatic role in ending the increasingly sectarian violence in Syria. And that's what the BRICS countries are trying to do. But the United States can't wait to go in and bomb another anti-Zionist country into submission. The Syrian government is the only neighbor of Israel that is still standing up to the fascist Israelis.

IMHO,that this is a calculated risk that we should take.Closer ties with Asian countries will help us a lot.
And since Iran is being shown as the great big Satan by American and NATO propagandists,we need to show support to Iran and her pursuit of safe Nuclear Energy!
America can never be India's Ally(in the near future) but only a friend(who occasionally stabs you).
We need to sort out all our problems with China and build the BRIC federation to the levels of NATO(economically) and see to it that America and the Democratic police do not use the U.N banner to further their agenda across the world!
