I think you're thinking of some of the Pakistani members. I think the BD members are more about what they perceive as interference in their affairs now, not so much about 1971. They are entitled to that view, obviously. I think there only a couple religious right wingers on PDF who have regrets about not being part of Pakistan but the majority seem ok with having their own country.

For the economic and social development of India Pakistan and China there should b permanent solution of boundary dispute.

How it can b?
India should attack Bangladesh an wipe out its entire Bengali speaking population and take entire Bangladeshi area.

1.India retains ladakh

Arunachal Pradesh can b ceded to china and it should recognize Indian control of Ladakh.

No 1 care fr Bengali speaking Muslims bcoz dey r threat to both Muslims and non Muslims.
