They don't know, it's statements like this which is putting off people from Congress. Why would Modi want this kind of story to be pulled down.

@Horus Sir Indian democracy is working fine in India and Press has freedom too as link is working fine ...... its seems like Democracy and freedom of press has some problems in Pakistan , better fix them and launch them again

Maybe their servers were busy or your isp is having issues connecting to their servrers , iirc those are some reasons why sites are accessed from cached memory
