What I am saying is that they should stick to either English or Hindi. Nobody said anything about other languages.

And if they want to learn German or French, let them. Its not your business. Its a hundred times more useful to know those languages than Sanskrit anyways in our globalized job market. And obviously, many of them wish to migrate as well.

Sanskrit belong to the Indo -European group of language, whereas Tamil has no link to any language outside of India, Tamil root can be traced to Indus valley seals

In 90's Aryan invasion theory became migration theory and now it has totally collapsed. Their standard of living is adequate according to their population size, when more come in they wont be having the same standards.
If every frenchmen and german thought as you did during their worst periods they wouldn't have been france or germany.Looks like colonial powers have left India but left behind their surrogate child(sepoy) who is still in awe of them and thinks India's languages are garbage and european languages are golden.

What india doesn't do is actively promote its own language in other countries, btw, there are more people learning asian languages nowadays when compared to european ones,as the next big power is in asia and all the jobs/businesses of west will eventually go to asia.
Germany and france as old colonial powers are fading,they built their nations on colonial loot and brown sahibs, now that loot is being depleted everyday just like england which right now is nothing more than a island incapable of maintaining a sizeable army.
How long do you think chinese will keep migrating when their own standards are fast approaching that of west?

Quebec is not a country - yet.
And it is more beneficial to learn German or French (in economic terms) than to learn Sanskrit in today's world. But that does not mean we can ignore Sanskrit. The Indian Government has supported this language, albeit half heartedly. Germans on the other hand have pursued Sanskrit more vigorously.

And overpopulation is an issue in developing countries, but not in developed ones where the population is declining and the need for skilled workforce is needed. Sure nobody wants a bunch of non educated trouble seeking migrants who want to live by social help for free, but the need for highly skilled labour like engineers is high.

If those countries need it, they will get it, because countries like India have currently no chance to offer the same salary, social security, living standards etc etc etc

And prove me that more people in the world are learning Asian languages than European ones, since English alone is probably surpassing them all.

..yes,Tamil has no roots in Sanskrit.but it borrowed words extensively from Sanskrit..nearly 20-30% of spoken Tamil words are borrowed from Sanskrit..not only that you can see many prakrit,pali,latin,arabic words too..

Hsmp was removed after which the Desi doctors lobby lobbied to get anubumani ramadoss to ammend MCI rule so us,uk,aus,canda PG degrees are valid and those affected doctors could come and work in India. There are more than 10,000 Desi doctors without jobs in uk as there are no jobs. besides german doctors themselves run to UK for better pay and do weekend jobs on part time in UK.I dont know how is german better when their own run to other nations,those jobs are taken up by indian doctors where there are no takers for it,they are not giving you specialist jobs but merely jobs as nurses or junior on duty doctors.Do read NHS policy on recruitment of doctors. 1)First preference is given to Uk citizen. 2)Next preference for EU citizen. 3)Third if there are still vacant jobs left then it goes for non Eu citizens. Even Americans dont prefer non american in most departments,you Getting into Radiology,pediatrics,surgery are out of bounds for most desi people,but they are happy to welcome you into Psychiatry,Family Medicine etc. If you top their exam USMLE.Their guidelines clearly say it. Do read about americans kids learning mandarin instead of european languages google it.I don't think people are falling over each other to welcome outsiders as you think,the welcome is for jobs where there are no takers mostly labour.So how is European languages golden and your own garbage?you degrade your own ,nobody will respect you.If you don't start respecting yourself first.

Real truth of The Economist Magazine.

Well, My thought is that one can say in which language is his prerogative. He should be comfortable with what he says. If somebody asks me to give lecture in English or Hindi, I can speak but there will be defects which may land me in trouble or people poke fun at me (we say it as faux pass, right?). But I can make myself clear in "Odia" if somebody asks me.

BTW, the scientist are soon coming up with real time translators. So in future It will not be an issue whether a person speaks in any language he wants to (though I do not prefer google translator....)
