i didn't spend too much time in search work. i know these stories, i just use google to locate it in seconds. i used to write it elsewhere. now i simply copy it. Google is availbale in china. I use google.com for english stuffs and baidu.com for chinese language stuffs
btw: anyway it's a progress for you not to shift to other topics. and that is good begining for indian members to learn how to discuss properly.

We are comparing IQ as a race not individual. There will be a variant in the population (high and low). We are talking about median.

The western scientists must have stumbled upon some sleepy Indians and might have mistakenly thought of them as Chinese (looking at their slitty eyes, due to sleep) while taking that IQ test. Going by what you seems to be, Chinese must be having negligible IQ's (if any at all).

As far as the median is concerned then please enlighten me on how are you going to retrive a median IQ for both races?
There are no studies which have confirmed the average IQ for both and without that it all seems like a 'moo point'

I believe you had done course on sampling. You will need a huge sampling data to get a accurate result.
To proof that if your data is accurate, you will compare the result on different time (Year 1950, 1960, 1970).
The person who did the IQ test on Indian and Chinese are able to get consistence result of Indian & Chinese over a period.

we have to respect the fact even if the fact in itself is politically incorrect. that is exactly what is called "the spirit of science". the current statistics indicates there are IQ discrepancies among individuals and races. it is pointless to deny it even if it damage the human's hope of equality.
as we know that one's IQ doesn't have necessary relationship with waht he/she can acheive, you don;t have to worry too much about this. You might feel better by tryng in this way - although eastern asisans such a average IQ, it is pathetic for waht chinese peoplle have acheived
