印度确实应该注意飞行安全，应该把人的安全提升到最高的位置。飞机很快买到，但是飞行员的培养将是一个长期而且非常昂贵的过程。并不希望看到有人对飞行事故幸灾乐祸，你们无法想象在事故的那一刻里面的人将遭遇什么样的痛苦。

Sir can you please tell me who was the inventer of this SOP "Ground entire fleet",And why entire fleet is grounded If it was pilot's fault.
I have a better suggestion for IAF "Ground your pilot;s and technical crew "

SOP are not invented, they are made, declared and followed. So if this is the standard operating procedure for IAF then surely this have been worked over by them.
Regarding the WHY part, this is the very reason, to see if it was Pilot's fault or if there is any airframe issue avionics malfunction etc. Surely they wont keep it that way for long, will check out for the problem, if it is found to be an error on pilots part then all planes will be up and running with necessary advise and some operation guidelines given to pilot in light of what was done wrong. If the problem is with the plane itself, this is a bit time consuming task as other planes will have to be check for the same issue so it can be resolved. No air force, how ever rich the country is can afford there fighter planes falling out from sky and that too the plane considered the pride of that force and the front line main stay fighter!

Also as mentioned earlier, after the Mig 21 saga, IAF will be that much more cautious!

again, accidents do happen, no reason for hype here.
