They have AIP and are already operational .....

Sensors,avionics,combat systems,diving capability,reduced signature,sonar,endurance etc.......in almost every aspect Agosta-90"B" outclasses kilo class subs... even scorpene subs have systems used in agosta class like SUBTICS combat system,MESMA AIP etc... but has a slight edge..

i'd show you a indian sub-class that is also decades old and not in service anymore to compare
but wait!
india couldnt even build their own back then, heck india could barely do so now.

Guy update your Knowledge. India has so many things today that China had 3 to 4 decades back but we manage to build much batter at a first go compare to what you have today after 4 decades of development. e.g Our ICBM is much ahead of yours in all critical technologies inspite of the fact that it first of ours and tested only once. Our K series and Brahmos have no parallel in world. Our BMD is much ahead of yours (infact you do not have your own unless you consider copied HQ 9 as yours but even your forces do not trust it and have bought S400 recently.)

And this is just beginning. We are coming up with THAAD type system very shortly. We are coming up with 300 KM Air to air and surface to air missile shortly. Our multi target missile tests are already on. You will see MIRV and MARV in next 2 years. You will see amazing thing in coming couple of months. Just wait for 2 months.
