India have full control on Sutlej, Beas and Ravi as per IWT. So why cry if we are doing anything well within IWT rules ??? Try and understand, there is a reason why Pakistan has miserably failed every other litigation related to IWT.

India was allocated unrestricted access to the three eastern rivers, i.e. Ravi, Sutlej and Beas

So as per IWT, India can do anything on Sutlej, Beas and Ravi. Why Pakistanis feel bad for enjoying our rights???

Don't be so emotional. Firstly it's neither the duty nor role of UN to keep a check on Dams and other infrastructures inside any country. Secondly we are well within our rights to build DAM's (run off the river) or utilize 100% of our share of water or rivers as per IWT, the reason why Pakistan lost each and every litigation based on IWT.
