In a letter to supreme leader, General Suleimani officially announced the end of ISIS

Translation:

By eradicating US-backed ISIS you helped not only Muslims but also the mankind

The Leader of the Revolution penned a message in response to Major General Qasem Soleimani‘s letter on the termination of ISIS. The following is the full text of the message:

In the name of God, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful:

I thank the Almighty God, from the depths of my heart, for having blessed you and your colleagues’ selfless endeavors against the vicious entity of ISIS, which was established by a tyrannical power of the world, and it was eradicated in Syria and Iraq by your hands: the pious servants of God.

This was not only a blow to that cruel and notorious group, ISIS. It was a blow to the unscrupulous politicians that pursued igniting civil wars in the region, destroying anti-zionist resistance, and weakening independent states through ill-fated leaders of this deceitful group. It was a blow to the current and former United States government and their dependent regimes in the region, who created this group, and sought, in every way, to expand their abominable hegemony in the Western Asian region to strengthen the occupying Zionist regime's grip on it.

By destroying this cancerous tumor, you rendered a great favor, not just to the countries in the region and the world of Islam, but to all nations and all of humanity.

This was a divine reward, a true example of the ayat "You didn't shoot the arrow, but Allah did" (Qur'an), given to you and your soldiers for your continuous efforts for God.
I sincerely congratulate you, nevertheless, I insist on not neglecting the enemy's mischief.

Those who plotted and funded this sinister conspiracy will not sit still; and, they will try to revive it in another part of the region or in some other way.

Maintaining motivation, staying alert, preserving unity, removing any dangerous elements, and maintaining cultural insightful work, in sum, all-encompassing preparations must not be forgotten. I pray to God that He protect you and all the mujahid brothers from Iraq, Syria, and other countries: I express my utmost gratitude and best regards to all of you.

Peace and God's blessing be upon you,

Sayyed Ali Khamenei

Iran IRGC Quds Major General Haj Qassem Soleimani, apologizes owner of a house in Al-BuKamal Syria
DAMASCUS, SYRIA (12:30 AM) – Major-General Qasim Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has left a personal handwritten note in his field headquarters in Albukamal, addressed to the owners of the house he was staying in.

In the letter, Soleimani apologized to the family owning the building, which was not in the city at the time of the battle, for entering without permission and staying in the house, and asks for forgiveness for the trespassing. The building was used as a military headquarters and a residence for Soleimani during the Liberation of Albukamal. The city of Albukamal was the last urban stronghold ISIS had in Syria, and fell to joint Syrian, Iranian and Hezbollah forces in a military operation that was officially concluded on November 22.
The Revolutionary Guard General furthermore added he would reimburse the family for any damage inflicted upon the house or any properties inside it, and even included his personal phone number at the end of the note so that he could be reached for any requests regarding compensation.

Soleimani concluded by stating that while he is Shia and the house owners likely being Sunni Muslims, that both of them are followers of the greater message of the Prophet Muhammad, and that they thus are brothers and sisters in faith.

[Editorial Comments by the Ugly Truth: There is no underscoring how important this is, as well as how devastating it is for Israel’s goals in the region and especially for Netanyahu.

That ISIS was a creation of Israel, the US, the UK, etc. is not a matter up for debate or speculation. In the aftermath of George Bush’s disastrous invasion and destruction of Iraq, resulting not only in millions of dead people (whose images were seen all over the world via the internet every day) but as well the scores of dead servicemen and women returning to the US, the entire ‘war on terror’ schtick was revealed for the lie it was concerning Iraq being a ‘cakewalk’ for the mighty and invincible American military machine.

So, ‘plan B’ had to be adopted, and VOILA–the ‘Arab Spring’ and with it, its inevitable offshoots, ISIL and ISIS who would then be tasked with doing the dirty work which Israel would have preferred be done directly by American GIs but which–due to the political fallout associated with all of this–obviously had to be reconfigured and recalibrated for public consumption.

Therefore, instead of the American military machine going about the Middle East and engaging in regime change per Netanyahu’s orders and per the ‘recommendations’ of the 1996 Clean Break document (Zionist Jews never make ‘recommendations’) the plan was to use all the murder and mayhem created by the aforementioned ISIL and ISIS as the launching pad for utilizing American military might in a never-ending campaign in ‘defeating’ a monster of Israel and America’s creation and in the process, creating so much political instability that one by one, all those problematic governments, including those in Syria, Iran, Lebanon, etc. all came tumbling down, only to be rebuilt in such a way that Israel found acceptable.

And what we have now instead is the tables being turned completely upside down and Israel’s plan being used against her in strengthening her enemies, namely Iran, Syria, Russia, and Hezbollah.

And thus it now becomes very clear why there is this sudden ‘bromance’ between Netanyahu and the Saudis, and particularly in the aftermath of Trump being elected and his (stated) intention of bringing about an end to American involvement in all of these wars for Israel that are not in America’s interests.

So, in the coming days, weeks, and months, look for a ‘new and improved’ form of ‘Islamic’ terrorism to emerge now that ISIS has been defeated and look for the Saudis to take the lead in running the destabilization campaign that Iran, Syria, Russia and Hezbollah have now effectively defeated and destroyed.]

End of ISIS: a tremendous Axis of Resistance victory is unfolding

For four long years, Syria bravely held off internationalized terrorist hordes, ideological clones of al-Saud, with their only direct help from Hezbollah, plus logistic support from Russia and Iran. However, it took more direct engagement by Russia and Iran to turn the tide of that defensive war and convincingly defeat the proxy armies of Washington, Tel Aviv and Riyadh.

When General Qassem Soleimani presented the victory letter to his leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, announcing the end of DAESH rule in the region, it was not simply a message from an Iranian General to his Commander in Chief.

This was the message of a regional resistance leader, a key strategist, who had fought the enemy from Saddam Hussein’s assaults on Iran, through defense of south Lebanon from Israel’s incursions, to defeats of al-Nusra in the towns of the Qalamoun, to the liberations of Aleppo and Tikrit, and the series of victories over DAESH (ISIS), culminating in those at Deir Ezzor and al-Bukamal.

General Soleimani’s personal supervision of operations across four allied countries shows why the Islamic Republic of Iran is so feared by both Tel Aviv and Washington. Yet breaking the destructive influence of Israel and the US in the region necessarily means a greater responsibility for Iran. Without a cohesive alliance, the region will again come under attack, to be once again divided and pillaged. Strong regional leadership is essential; and only Iran is capable of providing it.

The IRGC Quds Force leader wrote:

“Six years ago a dangerous plot … covered the Islamic world like a devastating storm … [but] the resistance of the Iraqi and Syrian governments and the perseverance of the armies and young men of these two countries ... played an important role in overturning this dangerous event … [I can announce] the termination of the rule of this vicious cursed entity, following the liberation operation of Abu Kamal, as the last fort of ISIS, bringing down the flag of this US-Zionist made terrorist group and raising the flag of Syria.”

Credit for this tremendous achievement lies in the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers of the Syrian Arab Army and its allies, the Russian pilots, sappers and special forces, the Hezbollah-led Lebanese resistance and Iraq's army and its popular mobilization forces: Hashd al Shaabi. All victories were paid for in the blood of the many, mostly young people who defended their nations.

But it was the coordination and combined power of this alliance that imposed itself on the region. When, in his humble way, General Soleimani told Iran's leader that DAESH had been defeated, he was also telling the world that the Axis of Resistance had prevailed. It was not that all terrorism had been eliminated, but rather that all the major bases of the enemy had been taken by the Regional Resistance.

And where would the region be without that Resistance? Lebanon, a state set up to fail, would have disintegrated many years ago. The invited intervention of Syria in the 1970s prevented that disintegration, followed by the rise of an indigenous resistance movement. That movement, led by Hezbollah and aided by Iran, saved Lebanon, while holding off the Zionist colonizers.

In Iraq - where DAESH was created more than a decade ago, precisely to weaken Baghdad and prevent its constructive relationship with Tehran - the American ‘liberators’ once against betrayed the country. In 2014, Washington withheld the F-16 fighter planes purchased by Prime Minister al Maliki, just as DAESH overwhelmed Mosul. It took another indigenous resistance movement, Hashd al Shaabi, to rise and vindicate Iraq as a nation.

Now the enemy smears both Hezbollah and Hashd al Shaabi, with lies that they are extreme sectarians who do not care about their own people. Coming from the sponsors of al Qaeda, al Nusra and DAESH, that is hard to stomach.

It is true that important resistance initiatives have come from the Shi'a communities of Lebanon and Iraq. There are historical reasons for this, to do with histories of oppression, martyrdom and resistance. However, those same histories, of an alliance of the downtrodden (the mustadafin) have helped engage those communities with their neighbors. Mature leadership in both resistance communities has succeeded in building wider alliances.

The sectarian accusation, particularly from western and Zionist sources, has much to do with the frustration of their ‘divide and rule’ strategies, as also their dismay in seeing a revival of political will amongst their opponents. Nevertheless, sectarian accusations can never explain Iranian support for pluralist Syria and Sunni Muslim Palestine; nor the Hezbollah-Christian alliance in Lebanon; nor the powerful Shia-Sunni alliance within Hashd al Shaabi.

The fact is that a tremendous Axis of Resistance victory is unfolding, one that confounds the colonial powers. Despite the investment in huge, sectarian mercenary armies, the prosecution of a crippling economic war and a seemingly endless propaganda war, Washington’s plan to dismember and cripple the region is failing.

Mohammad Mohaqiq, the deputy chief executive of Afghanistan:

I thank all the warriors who cooperated in these wars either from Iraq and Syria fighters, the Iraq and Syria army and the fighters of Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other parts of the world who attended the wars. In fact it was the war of Islam against infidelity and against the conspiracies of the world arrogance. The role of our dear brother Qasem Soleimani and Mr. Hassan Nasrullah was very prominent.

The issue of Yemen, Palestine, the issue of oppressed Afghanistan where there are more than 10,000 of the escapees of Daesh from Central Asia and other parts of the world who have moved to Afghanistan. The north of Afghanistan from Badakhshan to Badghis and Herat were secure, there was no war in the areas but with the presence of Daesh, today the north of Afghanistan is at war.

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Sends Formal Message To US Military: Leave Syria Or Else

by Tyler Durden
Dec 9, 2017 1:43 PM

Submitted by Elijah Magnier, Middle East based chief international war correspondent for Al Rai Media

Well informed sources have said the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corp Brigadier General Haj Qassem Soleimani sent a formal verbal message, via Russia, to the head of the US forces command in Syria, advising him to pull out all US forces to the last soldier “or the doors of hell will open up”.

“My message to the US military command: when the battle against ISIS will end, no American soldier will be tolerated in Syria. I advise you to leave by your own will or you will be forced to it,” said Soleimani to a Russian officer. Soleimani asked the Russian officer to make known the Iranian intentions towards the US: that they will be considered as forces of occupation if these decide to stay in northeast Syria where Kurds and Arab tribes cohabit together.

The Russians are not necessarily against the US presence and can adapt to this after defining the demarcation lines to avoid any clash, but Iran has a clear position and has decided not to abandon the Syrian President alone to face the US forces, if these stay behind.

Soleimani’s message to the US clearly indicated the promise of ‘surprise measures’ against the US: "You shall face soldiers and forces you have not experienced before in Syria and you will leave the country sooner or later."

Russia conveyed to the US that Iran will stay in Syria as long as President Assad desires, and he insists on liberating the entire territory from all forces without exception. Russia confirmed to the US its intention to refrain from offering any air support to Iran and its allies in the case of attacks on US forces. From the Russian perspective, the Iran-US dispute is not its concern nor on its agenda.

CIA Director Mike Pompeo said last week that he had sent a letter to Soleimani expressing his concern about Iran’s intention to attack American interests and “will hold Soleimani and Iran accountable for any attack in Iraq.”

Mohammad Mohammadi Golpayegani, a senior aid to the Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei confirmed Pompeo’s attempt to send a letter but said “Soleimani refused to read it or to take it because he has nothing further to add.”

Sources in the area believe it is not unlikely that Kurdish groups – operating in al-Hasaka (Syria's northeastern province) and who are faithful to the government of Damascus – are willing to spearhead attacks against the US forces. Many of these groups remained loyal to Syria: they reject any occupation forces on its land or the partition of the country.

Meanwhile, Al-Hasaka 2018 is being widely compared to 1983 Beirut where hundreds of US Marines and French paratroopers were killed following double suicide attacks by Islamists in the Lebanese civil war. The multinational forces became hostile rather than peacekeepers and were pushed to hastily exit Lebanon as a consequence of this attack. The future could well mirror these past events.
