Pakistan does the same. These weapons are not cycled through Pak military. A few might get gifted here and there, or get cycled into para-forces, but that is only for simpler things like rifles or SMGs and if weapons seized are really good pieces. Sometimes some real nice pieces are found, like Russian or East German units. Rest get destroyed, or cycled to extra-military outfits.
