Balochistan Terrorism Watch ....

Pakistani Security Forces conducted a successful intelligence based operation against terrorists in Mazaband Range area of District Kech, Balochistan on 10-11 August 2023.

During the operation, two terrorists were eliminated and 1x terrorist got injured besides recovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition.

The killed Terrorists were involved in targeting of innocent civilians and law enforcement agencies.



Policeman martyred in Quetta in firing by unidentified assailants:

4 alleged TTP militants killed during intelligence-based operation by Quetta CTD in Pishin.

Sariab Superintendent of Police (SP) Zia Mandokheil told that Akhtar Husain, deployed at the entrance of the Special Branch office in Sariab Mills Colony, was heading home after completing his night duty when armed men opened fire at him.

He added that the policeman embraced martyrdom on the spot and his body was shifted to Civil Hospital, Quetta, and later to the Quetta Police Lines for funeral prayers.

The SP further said that police reached the incident’s site to initiate an investigation and collected shells of a 9mm pistol.

Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Balochistan has carried out an operation in Mastung city, Balochistan which led to the killing of top Islamic State Pakistan (ISPP) commander Ghulam Din Shahwani aka Shoaib.

According to the most wanted terrorist Federal Government's list, Red Book, he was previously a member of Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) and then Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ). Shoaib trained in Waziristan along with TTP, and later he joined Islamic State Khorasan (ISKP) in 2015.

As per CTD statement, he was the alleged mastermind of several attacks, including suicide ones, such as a suicide attack against JI Amir, Maulana Siraj ul Haq in 2023; the killing of several Hazara coal miners in Mach in 2021; a suicide attack against JUI-F Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Hayderi in Mastung in 2017; a suicide attack against Balochistan Bar Association in 2016; and others.

On 14 September 2023, at 1830 Hours, terrorists attacked a post of security forces near Wali Tangi, Quetta.During fire exchange,
Three (3) terrorists were sent to hell.
Three terrorists were killed while a Pakistan Army soldier was martyred in an exchange of fire between security forces and militants in Quetta,the military’s media affairs wing said on Friday.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), militants had attacked a security forces’ post near Wali Tangi on Thursday evening.

“During fire exchange, three terrorists were sent to hell,” the statement said.

It said that Subedar Qaiser Raheem had embraced martyrdom while “fighting valiantly in the line of duty”, adding that one other soldier had been seriously injured.

“Security forces of Pakistan will continue to thwart the efforts of the enemies of peace and prosperity in the country,” the statement said.

Interim Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti “strongly condemned the attack” and said the entire nation saluted the martyr.

Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured soldier, he said that “terrorists do not deserve any concession” and vowed to eliminate them from the country.

National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf condemned the attack and paid tribute to the martyred soldier.
The funeral prayers of Subedar Qaiser Rahim, who was martyred while bravely fighting against terrorists in Tungi area of Quetta, were offered today at Quetta Garrison.

Corps Commander Balochistan and other senior military officials participated in the funeral prayer.


Levies official martyred in Qila Abdullah

QUETTA: An official was targeted in a gun attack by armed motorcyclists while he was returning home from a Levies Force post in Qila Abdullah, a bordering district with Afghanistan, on Sunday evening.

The shooters, equipped with automatic weapons, targeted Levies official Abdul Bari in Mazai Adha area of Qila Abdullah. The personnel deployed at the post immediate returned fire, forcing the motorcyclists to speed away, officials said.

The body of the Levies official was later shifted to a nearby hospital. After completing medico-legal formalities, the body was handed over to the family of the martyr.

Levies Force, meanwhile, launched a search operation in the area to trace the attackers.

No group claimed responsibility for the gun attack.
On 29th Oct 2023, fire exchange took place between security forces and terrorists in area of Khoro, Awaran District of Balochistan.

Our troops effectively engaged the terrorists' location and resultantly two terrorists were sent to hell, and two terrorists were injured.

However, during intense exchange of fire, Naib Subedar Asif Irfan (age 37 years, resident of District Okara) and Sepoy Irfan Ali (age 22 years, resident of District Sargodha) having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat.
Interesting recoveries by SFs in Balochistan today.

Several M16A4 rifles with MilSpec Stock, M4a1 Carbines, a rare Zastava M70-AB2 rifle along with M203 UBGL.
A relatively common Longot A7/A9 thermal is also visible in the picture along with 40mm Grenades and ammunition.


𝐊𝐡𝐮𝐳𝐝𝐚𝐫, 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧

𝟎𝟑 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭'𝐬 (𝐁𝐋𝐓)𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝- In an intelligence based operation by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Khuzdar, an intense exchange of gunfire occurred, resulting in the elimination of three Ts associated with the banned Baloch Liberation Front (BLF).

- Among the items recovered from the Ts were a motorcycle, one improvised explosive device, three HGs, a pistol, and two rifles.
- Ts affiliated with the BLF, were en route from Girisha to Khuzdar with the intent to carry out acts of terrorism.

The confrontation took place in the Shuri area of Khuzdar, marked by a fierce exchange of gunfire between the CTD and the aforementioned terrorists.
Three people travelling in a car were killed in an explosion on Sunday in Hoshab tehsil of Balochistan’s Kech district, officials said.

Kech Deputy Commissioner Hussain Jan Baloch told Dawn.com that the incident took place near the Balgatar area, adding that it had claimed the lives of three people.

He said Levies personnel reached the site of the incident and shifted the bodies to Turbat Hospital.

DC Baloch added that investigations were under way to ascertain whether the explosion was caused by a mine planted in the ground or by an improvised explosive device planted by the roadside.

On Oct 31, a policeman and four labourers were killed and two others were injured in an attack on a police station in Turbat.

Unidentified gunmen had also fatally shot six labourers in Turbat on Oct 14. Earlier the same month, the project manager of the Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) was killed in an IED blast targeting his vehicle in Quetta.
