sigh i miss Chinese vegetables.. and hot pots... oh n the bbq with the meat with that perfectly placed fat in the middle with just the right amount of spices... eating on the beach side...
pineapples and other fruits come from there also
oh and remember to always try and go to farms instead... fresher fruits or vegetable markets instead of superstores
true they ruin vegetables and make it a punishment
if you must eat a lot, eat more lettuce with vinegar, i remember eating that. and more salads with food, will stop you from absorbing all the fatty things you eat by one quarter.

eat grilled proteins and egg whites, and work out. you must maintain muscle mass and lose excess fat, not muscle... oil and fats and red meat are your enemies..
fish and egg whites are your friends proteins but omega 3s..
