I like mine black.

well, mine depends on mood, outside temperature and availability in a location.

with milk ( masala as prepared, but earl grey and all - two tea bags and boiled with the milk ), without milk ( earl grey and all - single tea bag ), sulaimani, some cold teas i got introduced to recently ( litchi was one flavor i drank that day, the other flavor i don't remember ).

our chinese friend, @Chinese Bamboo , once said in that dedicated tea thread in 'members club' that for chinese, tea with milk is milk ( :D )... she should be introduced to desi teas. :agree:

I don't drink tea or coffee, it keeps me up at night lol

had one yesterday at my favorite place for that in my town.

though masala tea is not suitable for every occasion... the single flavor teas are the best but the more elaborate variation of sulaimani is quite good for multiple rounds.

and masala chai of course is spread all over south asia.

Simple ,doodh, laachi, dalchini, sugar, heated up in low heat, wunderbar
