Its radar guided which means it uses an active radar seeker which detects the ship by its shape and size.
It also has an anti radiation seeker for ECM environments.
In land attack cruise missile configuration it could likely travel 300+ km but for anti ship use the ship moves too fast to allow that. Now I am with you I was lost in translation before that.. It is a quite capable missile and the fact that it has a 250km range makes it quite neat and useful arsenal

Who knows? Maybe Pakistan will cooperate with UAE, the South Africans have a lot to offer you know and they are on UAE payroll.
Highly unlikey Pakistan will ever buy weapons from UAE - UAE's behaviour recenty with regards to Pakistan in the Pakistan/India mix now makes it highly suspect from a security perspective for Pakistan. There is no way Pakistan will lay the security of its country at the foot of some arab dictator who makes decisions on the turn of a coin ...
Pakistan will invest directly with Turkey and China, and start to build its own once the new Air Universities are up and running .. and there are other suppliers out there with more mature and structured products with clearer terms of the governance of contracts that UAE ..
I don't see why Pakistan shouldn't cooperate if there is something to gain and imo a country should enter everywhere it can gain something from even if it is tiny and there is no emotions in geo-political relations

They are not developed barely yet, give it time. These Halcon missiles look great why not purchase them
Our military has a mindset of minimum deterrence asking them to take part and build a larger force deviates from that thinking.

By the rate of their growth they will crank out products very quickly within 5 years.
They are bigger than Denel Dynamics now so that is good I suppose.
Denel Dynamics is South African yes, I was just letting on to the fact that Halcon is a larger company in terms of employees now which is quite a milestone.Denel Dynamics is South African defense company correct. I haven't been following this expansion by UAE's Halcon lately. You can let me in on the loop

Halcon is develop many different projects and missiles iirc at least 10 and we will see many more at the DAS in Novemeber. They are developing various subsystems as well which is very important.
I have been checking out their website and youtube channel seems like they are constantly on the move and ambitious which is great
