Hakeemullah Mahsud death and Operation in Bara

Nope never heard about such mullah, neither in Mardan nor katlang (which is the part of Mardan). also yesterday i spoken to my friend from Punj peer, he also didn't know about him. I will still speak to my father about if such name even exists.

He exists in Khoi Barmol to be exact.He is a small timer but still a punjpiri.

So there are Taliban in Punjpeer as well.. give be a break.. Yeah i know many criminals live between Mayaar, touro to swabi area (we normally avoid that places even before any Taliban Phobias exist). By punj peeris aka "Ishat Tawheed wa Sunna group" we mean people who follow the school of thought of a madrassa located in punjpir not the people living in the punjpir themselves.

The taliban may be from bajaur but they follow punj piri school of thought.

Some notable figures from this school are:

The Present Chief of this jamaat is Molana Tayyab the brother of Major Aamer "Operation Midnight Jackals’ fame" very close to Nawaz sharif and a PML (N) leader

Maulana Waliullah from Buner and Maulana Abdulsalam Rustami from Rustam Mardan(IIRC but he has left the punjpiri school of thought)

Mufti munir shakir(khyber agency,he was previous head of mangal bagh's group) and molana Faqir Muhammad(bajaur agency).

Punjpiri Taliban is a cult of Taliban . Most Taliban from Bajor Belong to this school of thought.
This school of Thought orignated from Nouristan Province of Afghanistan. A molvi brought this ideology to Punjpir Swabi. There is a Madrassa also named as Punjpiri Madrassa whose principal is QARI TAYYAB , who is also teacher of Molvi Faqir Muhammad Naib Amir TTP , and Amir of BAJOR.
These punjpiries although call themselves deobandies but in practice are more strict then Salfies.

Tarkhu Mullah is a famous mullah of Punjpiri School near Swabi

Most Taliban who came back to pakistan from Afghanistan after US invasion belonged to this school of thought. Molvi Faqir Muhammad renamed his area as Punjpir to show his respect to the madrassa and school of thought ariseing from it

Killer of Hakimullah surrenders

PESHAWAR (Online) - The murderer of Hakimullah Mehsud has surrendered himself to security officials here on Saturday.
According to a private TV channel while quoting security officials, the arrested person disclosed that after the death of Chief of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Baitullah Mehsud, no one replaced him (Bait Ullah).

Sources said the murderer of Hakimullah Mehsud further disclosed that militants had killed father-in-law and other relatives of Baitullah for their alleged involvement in the conspiracy against him.

Hakim Ullah Mehsud declared himself as Supreme Commander of TTP after the death of Baitullah Mehsud.

It may be recalled that Hakimullah Mehsud was killed in exchange of fire with Wali-ur-Rehman over nomination of successor of Baitullah Mehsud.

Strange story, why would the "killer" of Hakeemullah surrender to security forces? Wasn't Waliur Rehman said to be involved in the killing?

i know Maulana Abdul Salam Rustami very well. he used to run a madrassah in Rustam area of Mardan but after a bloody clash with locals where his men killed six people he was jailed. but got released and shifted to Badabher in Peshawar. He is still the administrator of that Madrassa. he is not more Panjpiri and has converted to Wahabiism. he call himself Ahle Hadith now. When he was panjpiri he used to receive a huge charity from Saudi arabia even still receive. he had some following in different villages in Rustam area. Now most of his followers too have converted too Ahli Hadith. his followers openly support lashkar and Taliban. They have become very organized now. they have a village head now in almost all the village in Rustam area who converts people to Wahabiism. they also have occupied some mosques and runs illegal FM radios. They have a huge listening in women. kids are following them in great numbers now. this FM is now closed due to operation in Swat. one Abdur Rahim of Hamza Kot village is very firebrand Mullah of this sect. he is know as "challengy mullah" as he challenges all the people and claims will defeat them in debate. he is the one who runs illegal FM. they are also very violent thats why others are scared of them.

recently an ATS squad had come after them but they were spared at the intervention of influentials there. their followers openly do propaganda against Pakistan army.
but after the ATS raid some of them are silent these days.
