Saudi interior ministry has said investigations into the causes of the tragic stampede were underway and that “high temperature and tiredness” contributed to the accident.

But they also blamed Africans and high heat, so, lets sum up.

in no way I meant to disrespect the dead but the suborn attitude of the Saudis is shocking. the least they could have said was offer condolence and express sorrow but it started with the fatwa that it was Gods will so the people should deal with it and then heat and Iran was blamed

at the expense of those officials I would present another version. Iranians disguised as Africans caused the heatwave and tiredness which the Saudi officials there were unable to control due to the Will of God resulting in the stampede and victims of all nationalities cursing the officials for their lack of compassion, abusive and insensitive behaviour. an Egyptians is quoted saying that a rude Saudi told him to find his family in the dead Egyptians.

And you still insist on acting dumb. Okay, majority here means the death toll as per nationality dear. And the final official death toll is about 759 not 1000. And this incident is different from 9/11 where it happened in America in official American icon buildings... while this incident happened in Mecca during Hajj time where two million gather from all over the world. therefore, when the majority of casualties are from one nationality and there happen to be credible accusations to them of going against the instructions, I believe they must have done sth with the stampede.

Officials in the kingdom had avoided responsibility in part by citing the Islamic doctrine that anyone who dies during the pilgrimage goes to heaven."

Ali al-Ahmed, a Saudi analyst and current director of the Washington D.C. based Institute for Gulf Affairs think tankblamed the Saudi government's “mismanagement” of the Hajj, saying that "the Ministry of Interior's use of soldiers who have no clue or expertise in managing crowds was the real cause of stampedes. This really has to do with the failure of the Saudi government in organizing this Hajj, and they need to get help from around the world."

we talking about a human tragedy why it has to be narrowed down to centuries old racist hatred which even Islam could'nt wipe off? why for once we cant look beyond being Arabs and admit that we can also make mistakes and be ill equipped and incompetent? they are the victims here and deserve the right to complain ..why it must be dismissed on the basis of their race?
