Let's keep some perspective, shall we?
Pakistan is a nation of 180 million people. In that country almost all political parties--even secessionist nationalists like Jiye Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) are allowed freedom of expression and assembly.
So if these misguided religious parties are out with a few thousand people to grieve OBL then why should it be surprising? I don't see any mass support or prayers or even media resentment that OBL is gone. A mere member of PPP and MQM or ANP--all secular parties--can gather 50,000 people in Lahore or Peshawar or Karachi on a short notice.
And don't forget a few thousand did come out to greet the killer of Salman Taseer. Actually, far many more than for OBL. But still a tiny number.

Forget the Indian troll brigade.

Osama is an important catch for the world and so it interests all, even those who you call the 'troll brigade'.

It will not interest the sympathisers, the fundamentalists and their ilk.

It will to most of these types appear symbolic death with muted response and since it frustrates, they want people to move on.

There are many on the forum from, not only from saffron coloured countries, but elsewhere too. They are equally engaged as the saffron coloured country people. However, there is no reason for revisiting the enrolment norms because PDF is the best instrument to showcase for Pakistan to indicate that Pakistan is not a cloistered and insular country, devoid of modernity and steeped in obscurantist ideas, Instead, PDF signifies the vibrancy that is also in Pakistan that is often missed out, and that Pakistanis are not afraid to face issues and reply them with equal vigour and facts.

Therefore, PDF is the correct salute to Pakistan and not what you wish to show as the 'face of Pakistan'.
