If PM wants to make atmosphere cordial for the talks then he should himself go to Pakistan and take Indian army chief, Mumbai police chief and RAW chief to do bhangra dance on other side of wagah border.

The best way to improve relations is for Pakistan to handover 26/11 plotters.

BCCI knows it cant force players to go there.
About somebody talking about Srilanka situation, some teams refused to play in srilanka(Australia and West Indies) before.

unlike in srilanka security been provided against LTTE , but in pakistan who will provide security to teams against local security guards , the security guards infect are bigger threat then the terrorists.....
there were incidents in pakistan resently where security guards killed the ministers and the most pathetic part was that they were treated like heros .....
you never know which security guard in pakistan like to became national hero again and has connection with which extremist organisation...

It is a fact that the BCCI has a strong hold of international cricket affairs, the head of the ICC is an Indian, they have a crazy cricket loving nation of 1.1 billion people, I think its perfectly reasonable that they have played more than a big part in not letting Pakistan host cricket events on its soil.

not just Indian, head of ICC is food and agricultural minister of India...

or ICC is not just controlled by random Indian, it is directly under govt of India
