Yes and no, they were deliberately aiming at anything inside their missile's range within Israel, they didn't care what they hit. They don't have the capability to deliberately target something as small as a schoolbus though.

Any one is free to come to India.... We have given asylum to persians and jew .. we can give them again..

Palestenians are nothing but arabs, So entire arab belong to them.. That area was under British control, they allotted that land for Jews. The arabs can settle in lebnon, syria, jordan or any other arab country... Israel will give them compensation for their land and stocks...

As per your logic (India doesn't exist before 1947) Palestine didn't exist prior to 1948, It was brits control area from which they gave some land to Jews... and rest to arabs...
