1. Water issues- India building Dams on rivers (not Pakistan). Pakistan will get affected not India. India happy with dams but not Pakistan. So Pakistan wants to talk not India.

It doesn't means we talk to India from an inferior position, if India wants to be a good neighbour, we will talk, but if India tries to talk as a bully, then sorry, we also don't need talk. Yeah water is a critical issue, but we do know what to do and when to do.

2. Saichen Glacier- India controls the height of glacier and India captured in from Pakistan. Keeping soldiers there is very very very costly. India can afford it, but in current economic mess Pakistan cant. but he cant even withdraw troops. Pakistan wants India to get down from heights, But India dont like it. Pakistan wants to talk on this. India not interested.

This is what happens when you read just one sided news and get brain washed up. We have never shown any emergency in evicting Siachen, even in worse economic conditions we have no problem in stationing our troops there, and nowadays conditions are not that worse then in the past. Plus you seriously need to learn who is at loss in Siachen. Who has more area to control, who has to station more troops there and who has more to spend. We are at no loss in Siachen, its vice versa to be exact. We can very well afford it and will keep doing that, our infrastructure is well developed there as well as costs are down. Sorry we aren't interested in that.

3. Sir chreek- India currently controls it. And this area is thought to have gas reserves. Pakistan wants to exploring rights on some part of it. India dont like that so we dont want to talk on this but Pakistan wants to talk.

Not a do and die situation for Pakistan, thus not a priority for Pakistan to talk to India about that. Its been going on for 6 decades, what difference has it made to Pakistan, can keep on going for another 6 decades. As for oil and gas, pakistan has vast stretch of land unexplored, so for Pakistan it would be better it first utilized those unexplored areas, before coming to Sir Creek.

4. Arm race- India is modernizing its military at high rate.Aircrafts, nuke subs, tanks etc etc. Pakistan cannot afford to match India bullet by bullet due it its small economy. So wants to talk to India about it. India dont want to stop or slow down.

Pakistan has never matched India bullet to bullet, so why talk to India to not procure arms ? Absurd idea on part of Indians that Pakistan can convince India to not arm, India has its own ambitions, best of luck for that, buy whatever you want, we will procure whatever we can to defend ourselves against a regional bully. So not a priority thing to talk about, India has more concerns with regard to getting arms then just Pakistan.

5. Balochistan issues- although insurgency on small scale is going on in Balochistan from last six decades but only recently Pakistan has started accusing India for it.India denies. Pakistan wants to talk but India denies any charge.

If this WoT hadn't been around, then we would not have any need to talk, but since this WoT is happening, we have to resort to talks, hope when in few years these Americans leave, then we will give the right answer as required. Plus the insurgency is not that advanced for Pakistan to not able to take care, we did in the past, we can do it again, plus things are changing and will be going towards betterment in future, so talks are not that much important.

6. Kashmir - Pakistan is very fond of raising Kashmir at world stage and with India. Pakistan complains of human rights violation in Indian Kashmir, But India says Terrorists dont have human rights. India can go with current situation for more one century. But can pakistan????
Pakistan wants to talk, India says "No thank you come again".

Yeah those 60,000+ killed by Indian Security Forces were all terrorists, thanks for letting us know what you think about Kashmiris, hope they learn it also, which they are.

How come the international organizations also accuse of human rights violations by IA, they should have known the thousands killed were all terrorists who had no rights. The thousands got raped, all terrorists, the AI and other renowned organizations should have known they are all terrorists, who need to be shot and dumped in unmarked graves and women raped and then killed, also to be terrorists.

As said let these Americans leave, then we will see who can run with this situation for how long. Alas, our hands are tied due to this WoT thingy.

7. Afghanistan- Pakistan fears that India might win heart of Afghans and Afghanistan may become close friend of India which may in turn will be a nightmare for Pakistan which considers Afghanistan like its province. Pakistan want India to stop its developmental works in Afghanistan, close its hospitals etc, and go back packing their bags to New Delhi. India dont want that.

Correct your knowledge, we have never thought of Afghanistan as our province, rather it is the Afghans who have this thinking, one of the reason they being the only Muslim country to have opposed Pakistan's entry at UN. So plzzz get your these inaccurate facts corrected.

And as for Pakistan worried about Indian influence, well i have no idea if Pakistan is worried, then why Indians run at every international forum and cries foul, went to the King of Saudi Arabia to ask them to tell Pakistanis not to do what they are doing, or begging US to not leave Afghanistan knowing what will happen to the Indians and their stooges the NA guys.

Plzz read some third party analysis rather then just Indian ones and learn who is more concerned about Afghanistan, Pakistan or India and who cries to whom and where.

8. Terrorism- This is the only issue to which India is concerned about.
But hey...........we lived 20 years in terrorism and we time to time has breaked backs of terrorists and on occasion made Pakistan admit also.......we can live with that even if Pakistan doesnt stop.

Yaar pehlay atleast control your own internal terrorism things, then ask Pakistan. Your own Indian muslims are getting involved with LeT or others and making problems for both of us. Control that, control the accusing of Indian Muslims for each and every blast though later it reveals that it was Indian Hindu extremists who did that to put the blame in Muslims, such things lead to regret and turning to these extremists. Whole border is wired, without internal help from Indians, these LeT terrorists can not go in and do their acts, so first control your own side, after when nothing will happen from this side, till people from that side provide help, nothing can be done.

Plus lot of blasts put on LeT and other Muslim extremist outfits have now revealed to be work on Hindu extremists, so deal with your own terrorists first and control the Muslim extremists providing support to extremists from this side, then plzzz talk.

Explained what India can offer.............now plz enlighten me What Pakistan can offer (except from stopping terrorism in India and helping afghanistan to increase its economic activities with India-but again even if India dont get route from Pakistan.............India is building a port in Iran and has build a highway connecting afghanistan to Iran........we can manage that)

The whole World and its Brother-Sister have agreed that India is not Stealing Pakistan's Share of River Waters.

Pakistan is getting 80% of the River Waters in the Indus Basin.

There is no way that Pakistan is going to get any more Water - and from India's Veiwpoint ANY LESS - as such there is no Water Issue.
