Did you guys forget that you have a brain? Use it and arrive at conclusion what is right and what is wrong.

If just plain common sense is used, people will end up seeing and following the religion in the correct way and no chance will be available for fatwas like these to come out be it from any sect.

its allowed in between Sunni people at least between Maleki and Hanafi in shia you cant sleep with a girl less than complete 9 years old but in Sunni books its allowed to sleep with a girl less than 9 years old if her body have been developed enough to accept men genitalia , well let tell you something a girl may be able to accept male genitalia even at the age of 5-6 years old

In defence of mullahs/priests:
Difficult to use common sense if you belive a specific book is right and you have to follow it otherwise god will be angry. You will constantly be trying to figureout whether you are doing right or not.
It is really unnerving that god may be displeased with you, if inspite of your best intension, you do something which is not prescribed.

The problem is these books are as difficult to understand as law books, which is why you need specialized people to make sense of it.

Vast majority of people do use common sense of most day to day business, but for some specific border cases, (say if you fart during prayer, should you take shower before continuing prayer) you do need expert advice.

Also:

Jumping from the rooftop of one's house is not prohibited according to Islamic law.

Sleeping with AC/fans off on a hot and humid night is not prohibited in Islam.

The prophet (pbuh) didn't prohibit swallowing metallic coins.

The alleged doctor at Al-Azhar University was probably drunk or his words were misinterpreted...
He mentioned the Fat written in Islamic books that Breast feeding creates a bond between woman and her child...evn if the child isnt her own....

Somebody went on to make up things out of it..probably as joke .. that women should breast feed male colleagues at work...Obviously cant be serious..

ut the BBC report goes on to say ..

"The president of al-Azhar denounced the fatwa, which Dr Atiya has since retracted, as defamatory to Islam.

According to Islamic tradition, or Hadith, breast-feeding establishes a degree of maternal relation, even if a woman nurses a child who is not biologically hers. "

This time round the Kuwaiti revival of the fatwa is about Husband wife sexual relations and defines how far they can go with it...
Manya Muslim men are uncomfortable with sucking their wife's breasts even if she want them to,and the clerics keep getting inquiries about the matter....
It does not say that Husband can actually be suckled by his wife.....But in the act of sexual relation if something comes out of the woman's breast while the Husband was sucking her..this wont break their marriage as many believe..
Thats what the Fatwa is about...

Phase 1: Human were living in group there was no marriage system, any one can have relation with any women. Human realize that women should be personal property, so they started marriage...

Phase 2: Men felt awkward to see there property (women) naked, as there was a chance that by being naked some pervert can make relation with his women. So he told her to cover her private part.

Phase 3: Though some part of her body was covered, men still felt insecure , They ask her to cover more.

Phase 4: Women got more cloth on her, men still was insecure, they ask her to cover more..
Finally women turn out like this

Phase 5: Some idiots were not satisfied with it, They start cutting Women parts, so they can not feel desire for sex and the women become private property...

When men will give equal right to women? when they will stop deciding what she do , and what not.,

From point 2 onwards....you are wrong.....

Men tried to cover their women only to make se* more desirable,enjoyable......
You know the proverb "forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest"......
The "fruit" is readily available....so,to make it taste sweeter it has to be forbidden....this is the real intention behind all the fatwas and restrictions on Women........
A partially clad woman appeals more than a totally naked woman(no man will like to admit this though).....hence the invention of clothes.......
