Which documentary exactly? There were several so i'm not quite sure.

However, these were rolled in final assembly in November last year and due to COVID, the entire timeline was slowed down. PAC still hopes to hand them over 3 jets this November.

I'm not sure if they will get it although it could replace older blocks f-16 and M2000.

sometimes forces will pay for logistics and spare parts upto 10 years in advance, so we dont know what the cost really is..
also training pilots could be included..ground crew etc etc..
weapons including dumb bombs, guided kits etc...
