I'm not opening another thread you tried being the zionist proponent by stating they are not violating international law yet when i told you of an area where they are breaking international law you simply stated the above.
In fact it is you that is attempting to deflect the attention away from breach of international law on part of the zionists. You can't pick and choose what international law to comply with and which not to comply with. Don't use international law if you're hypocrites.
Just to show how weak you argument is and that i have not failed i will give you a brief description and link, and reply to this issue in this thread all issues are interlinked in this conflict blockades/setllements etc. Figures may have changed:
Israeli Confiscation and Settlement on Palestinian Land
Since 1967, each Israeli government has invested significant resources in establishing and expanding settlements in the Occupied Territories. As a result of this policy, approximately 500,000 Israeli citizens now live on the settlements on the West Bank, including those established in East Jerusalem.
Israel currently has 124 Jewish-only settlements, 100 ‘outposts,’ and 12 ‘neighborhoods’ annexed to Jerusalem – all built on confiscated Palestinian land.
Palestinians do not have any settlements on Israeli land.
“The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.”
- Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949
Source: According to B’Tselem's 2010 summary, there are 124 official Israeli settlements and 100 informal outposts, and 12 Jerusalem settlements on Palestinian land. Peace Now’s interactive settlement map shows the name, location, and population for each settlement and outpost on Palestinian territory, all of which are considered illegal under international law.
International humanitarian law prohibits [an] occupying power [from transferring] citizens from its own territory to the occupied territory (Fourth Geneva Convention, article 49). The Hague Regulations prohibit the occupying power [from undertaking] permanent changes in the occupied area, unless these are due to military needs in the narrow sense of the term, or unless they are undertaken for the benefit of the local population.
The establishment of the settlements leads to the violation of the rights of the Palestinians as enshrined in international human rights law. Among other violations, the settlements infringe on the rights to self-determination, equality, property, an adequate standard of living, and freedom of movement.
AS THIS HAS CLEARly SHOWN, MY ARGUMENT IS PLAIN FOR ALL TO SEE AND I HAVE NOT FAILED. IT IS IN FACT YOU THOMAS WHO IS TRYING TO DEFLECT ATTENTION AWAY FROM ZIONISTS BREACHING INTERNATIONAL LAW. I COULD GO ON ALL NIGHT WITH FURTHER INTERNATIONAL LAW VIOLATIONS BUT HAVE NO TIME FOR A ZIONIST SISSY.
