do we need religion?

i believe in god,in his existense.
but why should we give different forms to him,like allah,jesus and krishna?
i don't hate dividing society in terms of religions.
i hate in religious governments.

do we really need religions?just live and lead a just life.do good to your fellow beings.

I believe we all worship God, he is the same but has different names.

we can believe in god as far as w are unable to find an answer for the existence of ourselves and things around us.
but why give different outfits to it?why should there be jesus and allah?
it should just be GOD!

And on your comment on "religious governments", I suppose you need to explain a bit more for this thread to go on.

ex:countries like iran or saudi.
still women are strictly supposed to wear a burqa or women aren't allowed to drive etc.

Though I am a believer but I have lots of questions to God. I disagree some things.

I do believe in Ethics, Divine command and moral value. I don't believe in religion but i believe in Way of life. China, Russia and many parts of Europe are following Atheism and doing very well. In China alone, 50% people don't follow any religion.

We should follow our customs, Culture, Moral Value, Ethics but not necessary religion. (it's personal choice)
