Do leg extension machine cause you pain ?

Guess the cause?

If you are not doing any labour intensive work, then why have carbs in the morning and then again in evening!?

When the body starts storing fat, the only way to stop is to stop feeding it carbs (that turns into fat).

Skip all carbs in breakfast and lunch. Have a bit of carbs in the evening but no more than 40% of meal. Have two boiled eggs in the morning instead.

And do away with these breakfast biscuits etc. Majority are just branded and well packaged poison.
my problem is I can't eat salan so go for just 1/4 of a bread without any salan. I eat only few fruits rather just three i think.

The cause is the carbs. The body only stores it when it can't use it. So cut down on carbs if you want to lose or reduce further addition. No other way around it (other than a lot of exercise).

Quit the bread in the morning especially and see if it helps.

48kg is still under weight
Yeh my doctor said the same thing. He said you should be at least 50Kg. But I am okay with 45 to 46 Kgs so want to loose the extra at least 3kg

I want my legs to look healthy .. i want to grow some fat on these .. do these leg extension help my legs look a little more healtheir ?

you CAN. My weight till a year back was 45Kg now it is 48Kg and am worried like hell as I do not eat much. Just breakfast with normal bread. Skip the lunch while have a glass of milk and bread in Dinner. In between i merely eat a packet of Lays or few energy biscuits. I seldom eat sweets. Not much. Though my sleep is disturbed one just 4 to 5 hours.

Instead of exercise, best way to not remain skinny is to eat eggs.

I was 45 kg and I began to eat two egg parathas every day and within a few months my weight increased to 74 kg.

For breakfast, eat corn-flakes with banana and apple.

Start the day with two full glass of water and then favourite morning poison (tea or coffee). That should get you by to 10am.

Boiled Eggs around 10am (or even 11am), on their own. 3 eggs alone are enough to last me until 5pm when a massive dinner awaits. I do have 3 toasts with 3 eggs no more than twice a week. 2 eggs for you should be enough fuel for many hours.

Eat fruits/salad/fibre inbetween. I eat lots of nuts generally, especially almonds (3-4 muthi bhar). Almonds are very good for digestive system as well. Almonds are my late lunch basically but can easily manage without too.

What time is your dinner? That should be the biggest meal of the day. 6pm is latest I have dinner now, ideally 5pm. Anything goes, daal, chawal, meats, salads ... I eat till I'm actually full!

I do light snack for supper, crackers with cheese or nachos around 9-10pm, if sleeping late. If sleeping early then no snacking.

Then it's a 12-16hrs fast from solids - to give stomach that daily break from the hard work of digestion. A must this break!

You'll be a lot more energetic when you quit carbs in the morning and afternoon. Carbs intake slows down the person and after quitting it takes 2-3 weeks to notice the increase in energy levels throughout the day.

i am not aware of such machine, but depending upon health of the bones and age there could be serious side effects (treatment also matters). better to stay low:)

lolzz at first I also thought the same when saw leg extension word .

48 Kilos is fine, I think you should be checking height to weight ratio.

My weight is 74 Kilos, I eat 2 to 3 full chickens a week !

I got told I will vanish and I usually shred a lot of weight even in sleep lmao. Like I don’t know man - I just wake up feeling weak

don't go for strict diet, you should be doing physical exercises.
