Do leg extension machine cause you pain ?

I got told I will vanish and I usually shred a lot of weight even in sleep lmao. Like I don’t know man - I just wake up feeling weak

Parasitic infestation is so common nowadays. Pickup the dosage of deworming medicine from any pharmacy (at the counter). It's non evasive anyways.
 
don't go for strict diet, you should be doing physical exercises.
I do not do it for diet :( I simply cannot eat. I do not get thirsty at all even in Summer so my water intake is also less. And my doctor says 48Kg is not good it should be raised to 50Kg but I am feeling tired with 48Kg so want to shed and go back to 45Kg
 
Can't eat :) just throw whenever I eat or simply I do not feel to eat though we do NOT use any chilies or spices. Can't eat any kind of meat either

My daughter also doesn't eat anything except little bread, we have to force her to eat. Don't know it has something to do with gender.

Drink milkshakes blended with fruit.

May be you need to change the cuisine , incorporate non vegetarian diet as well.
 
Start the day with two full glass of water and then favourite morning poison (tea or coffee). That should get you by to 10am.

Boiled Eggs around 10am (or even 11am), on their own. 3 eggs alone are enough to last me until 5pm when a massive dinner awaits. I do have 3 toasts with 3 eggs no more than twice a week. 2 eggs for you should be enough fuel for many hours.

Eat fruits/salad/fibre inbetween. I eat lots of nuts generally, especially almonds (3-4 muthi bhar). Almonds are very good for digestive system as well. Almonds are my late lunch basically but can easily manage without too.

What time is your dinner? That should be the biggest meal of the day. 6pm is latest I have dinner now, ideally 5pm. Anything goes, daal, chawal, meats, salads ... I eat till I'm actually full!

I do light snack for supper, crackers with cheese or nachos around 9-10pm, if sleeping late. If sleeping early then no snacking.

Then it's a 12-16hrs fast from solids - to give stomach that daily break from the hard work of digestion. A must this break!

You'll be a lot more energetic when you quit carbs in the morning and afternoon. Carbs intake slows down the person and after quitting it takes 2-3 weeks to notice the increase in energy levels throughout the day.

You have to force yourself to eat. By not eating as much your stomach organ shrinks making it harder to eat. Once your start eating your stomach size will increase and you will start to get hungry on your own.

definitely maintaining the weight around 50 kg is good, but how strong are you to do the daily activities if you take an egg a week?
