Do leg extension machine cause you pain ?

You did you eat in childhood?
Boiled eggs yes. But I did not eat meat (beef, mutton or even chicken) since my childhood. Almond occasionally when I was a kid

My daughter also doesn't eat anything except little bread, we have to force her to eat. Don't know it has something to do with gender.
I have two Nieces one the elder one does not eat much while the younger one who is One year and 6 month old she eats anything. So I think it depends on habits not gender

Eat whatever that suits you, except carbs.

Blender mix almonds in milk if whole give problem. Try other nuts.
I have been taking Milk for last One year regularly daily and I find it has added to my weight I think. And I can only eat Oranges and water melon thats all no nuts

You've got to force yourself to vary your intake.

Body can take abuse up to a certain age and then it starts malfunctioning. Better to take corrective action yourself instead of body forcing you to. One will happen, choice is yours.

I want my legs to look healthy .. i want to grow some fat on these .. do these leg extension help my legs look a little more healtheir ?
Doing weights is basically strength training - you will build muscle. I don't know how to answer your question any better.

Slowly build up the weight, do not over do it, try 3 x 10 reps with 20 sec break between each rep.Kudos

No no i am content with my 5 foot 8 height but at one time i did contemplate going for the surgical height extension for which i watched few videos on how its done and how it feels like

5 foot 8 inch height is not bad, you should focus on building your body up, broaden the shoulders and improve posture, you will start looking in 5 ft 9 inch range. Kudos Sheikh

Also try dead lifts, one of the very best exercises to work different muscle groups from your feet right up to your neck

No need to worry bibi it’s normal have muscles pain in start and could be stay for a week or so! Don’t quit it’s gonna be ok after your body muscles in legs stomach or arms get used to it.

Plank, push ups and the dead lifts ............. the best exercise. However a beginner shouldn't try dead lift without carefully watching and understanding the lifting technique ...... or without supervision of a trainer.
