Do leg extension machine cause you pain ?

Do squats and lunges first (google how to do that). They're better exercise than those machines.

If you do continue to use the machines, you should not feel pain whilst using the machine, perhaps a bit of discomfort if the weight is really high (for you), but not pain. if you feel genuine pain reduce the weight. If you feel pain at really low weights, you are either using it incorrectly or have hurt yourself and should leave it a week or so to heal.

Do you also feel pain while using leg extension and leg curling machines ?
I used it for few days and it has caused me great pain in legs , knees .. is it because im new in it ? Or should i not use it ? Is pain normal ?

Im 21 and skinny.
If you are new in gym world then for first week it hurts you very bad but later it would go away, If it hurts really bad stop doing it for two days take rest and start again.

I used them the right way , nd with low weights . I skipped today's gym as pain was disturbing.
I Guess i agree with the people here , its normal nd starts when u doing it first time.
I will also try squats nd lunges.

I didn't say there's anything wrong with that. It's just that different people have different body types. Khorak teek karo gi toh legs bari ho jaye gi. If you just work out your legs without eating you will just have muscles which will look strange. You have to put on a little weight.

I think, as of yet, we have not discovered the secret to grow or reduce fat in any specific body area or parts. Your best bet for bulky legs is working out and having a balanced diet.
