today Iran announced discovery of very high density uranium mines.
exact value of density is not announced because of security considerations.

as you can see the pointer has crossed the final degree of measuring device.

But the future for nuclear energy is THORIUM,they should look for that if there is any.
Its safer.

OMG

well , in Short time IAEA will announce the exact amount of the density

well , IMO IAEA will come and say "Iran's mines producing natural nuclear weapon " , and after that USA and his puppet will jump and say , we should put some sanction on Iranian mine industries ....

فکر کنم این آمانو توسط پرتوهای بمب های اتمی که آمریکا زد تو ژاپن مورد اثر قرار گرفته ... متولد 1947 هست ...

I just seen a link that 33,000 tons is the figure.

There is video about it but it says I need 15 posts in order to post it.
I don't even know how to post videos :(

Thorium is more stable but tat makes the energy output much smaller and not to mention the life cycle will be much shorter than our present options.
Then why some countries are opting for Thorium (Canada,France,USA,India)?
All these countries develloping Thorium reactors if im not mistaken.

Well first of all if we start developing something then the entire world will start screaming their *** off. Secondly from what i know it is still experimental. Lastly who will going to pay for all that develpment.

And what is the name of this measuring device?
And how sure we are it is measuring the density?
And how to determine whether its uraninites or other metal which is being put to test?

well , it's sort of Geiger Counter.
Well it won't measure density it measure the amount of Ionized particle that are emitted from the sample.
you can't unless test the sample in laboratory as far as I'm concerned that sample can be pure plutonium and you can't say it by looking at the device , the only thing that is sure is that the sample is emitting far more radioactive particle than I care to live beside the mine.
