I don't know about acquiring the JF-17. Pakistan isn't exactly renown in Morocco for master engineering.

But who knows, maybe Pakistan will get lucky :)

. .
In my knowledge its the very first time Pakistan in general and Thunder in particular have been officially invited by Govt of Morocco to Marrakech Air Show. Who knows their is an interest driven reason behind that. Its not just Aerial Display Thunder is going to Marrakech Air Show but its the very first instance we are introducing Thunder in Africa Officially. All the best Thunder.

. . . .
They have to Replace Alpha Jets.... and F-5 Inducted in 1962....

22+24= 46 jets....

we can sell 2 Sqads of JF-17 :D :D if we got Lucky...

Morocco is fully French and USA client.

Both of those aforementioned countries will ensure that JF17 doesn't get through; that includes subsidizing mirage or F-16s.
Because should the Moroccans choose, the rest of Africa will pay attention.

Our diplomatic relations with Morocco are stone cold at best.

Nevertheless , this is a zero sum game for Pakistan.

.
They are admixture of Arab Bedouins plus Bar-Bar tribe, maybe they don't understand tech jargon so easily, We need to craft package for them like... for every 1 Dozen JF you get one piece free
JF can also be termed as "Flying Carpet"

Not really... We're just Berbers. the Arabs & Bedouin stayed in the south because the Sultans didn't want them too close to the capitals.

Plus most Moroccans are educated and the Military receives training from France and the US so tech jargon isn't an issue.

.
Moroco is very closely tied up with France for various aspects .I do wonder PAF recent interest in French avionics may be tied up with this probable sale .It will be a good development for all three nations Pak,Morocco and France

i know that....

But the Alpha Jets they have they use as a Ground Attack + advance Trainers..... Which were Inducted in 1972 what options they have....

Like Are they Gonna replace Light aircraft with F-16's Block 52+? or they gonna Get Rafales From France..... But Morocco already gone/preffered for F-16's over Rafales.... What other Aircraft they can get from France other then Rafales...?

Even iF they buy more F-16 from US they gonna replace it Mirage F1 MF2000

I don't see Rafales in Royal Morocco Air Force :P

If it had 0 sum game For Pakistan .... PAC would never Participated in Moroccan Air Show.... :D :D

.
Good news and best of luck team Pakistan. Hope to have a fruitful result based upon this tour though invitation carries enough weight worth interesting. Good Luck....

Pakistan is not at all master of engineering yet. but in defence sector they have made some very good progress by doing research, TOT and Joint ventures. And JFT is on top of that list.
