Death Of The Liberal Turkish Dream

It comes from milk. In italian is latte. In greek gala...(the word galaxy comes from it...milkey way). Galata was an italian city. Rich italian merchants who traded with orient had their villas there and also today there is large group of italians living there
Now i understand what you meant, its a greek word but the area was inhabited by Venetian traders at that time, Venice and Ottomans had a very flourishing trade back then.

Nope, because you are not scientist. And what you are saying is not true.

No such, thing.

I showed you the numbers. The ice cold numbers. :D

Those numbers take your "turkic invasion theory" roll it up and lube it down you. ;)

And no such thing as italians in galata?

Are you even a turk? I myself visited some and know one from school

They are called Levantines

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levantines_(Latin_Christians)#Italian_Levantines

You seem to not know much about turkey

Levantines are non Greek, Armenians living in Ottoman Empire....god knows how many still lives there....not more than a handful at best case.

Okay....enough trolling for you, for one day. Go and sleep.

Its several hundreds. Since turkey lost its old economic power of course many went back italy.

That said....24.4 % of your DNA is typical mediterranean. 15% is armenian. 10% kurdish....and combined 6.5% has turkic / altaic origin.

How you explain this almost complete absensce of turkic haplo groups in your DNA? Is the turkic dna so weak that it got lost during the generations or were there not many original turks at all and because of this the impact is so small?

I know where you come from. You are a bozkurt. Our tourguide in Istanbul told us about you guys. He was far more ration. He said turks are no others than italians and greeks with islamic religion.

We made this discussion several times with Chinese and Iranians....not going to do for the tenth time for a troll. Good night.

lol yeah. You forget to mention the galactic empire and the klingon armies.

Dude you do realize that modern archaeology denies any mayor and massive population movement at all. At best the turkish immigrants made up 1.5% according to studies of the Haplo groups.

Turkey_Y_chromosome%28in_20_haplogroups%29.png

  • J2=24% - J2 (M172)[1] Typical of Mediterranean, Caucasian, Western and Central Asian populations.[19]
  • R1b=14.7%[1] Widespread in western Eurasia, with distinct 'west Asian' and 'west European' lineages. The predominant haplogroup among Armenians.
  • G=10.9%[1] – Typical of people from the Caucasus and to a lesser extent the Middle East.
  • E3b-M35=10.7%[1] (E3b1-M78 and E3b3-M123 accounting for all E representatives in the sample, besides a single E3b2-M81 chromosome). E-M78 occurs commonly, and is found in northern and eastern Africa, western Asia[20] Haplogroup E-M123 is found in both Africa and Eurasia.
  • J1=9%[1] – Typical amongst people from the Arabian Peninsula and Dagestan (ranging from 3% from Turks around Konya to 12% in Kurds).
  • R1a=6.9%[1] – Common in various Central Asian, Indian, and Eastern European populations.
  • I=5.3%[1] – Common in Balkans and eastern Europe, possibly representing a back-migration to Anatolia.
  • K=4.5%[1] – Typical of Asian populations and Caucasian populations.
  • L=4.2%[1] – Typical of Indian Subcontinent and Khorasan populations. Found sporadically in the Middle East and the Caucasus.
  • N=3.8%[1] – Typical of Uralic, Siberian and Altaic populations.
  • T=2.5%[1] – Typical of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Northeast African and South Asian populations
  • Q=1.9%[1] – Typical of Northern Altaic populations (also common in Scandinavia and the Alps.)
  • C=1.3%[1] – Typical of Mongolic and Siberian populations
  • R2=0.96% [1] – Typical of South Asian population
You plain and simple have almost none turkish typical Haplogroups.

Fun fact...the average turk from turkey has more Haplogroups related to armenians than all turkish haplogroups combined.

Italians. There are large populations of our people that live there even today. Istanbul has a quarter named for them Galata.

what is your point? really i dont know why always racists came with their ignorant ideas ? we lived almost 1000 years anatolia and separated from other turkic people still we share many things with our turkic brothers . all the turkic people shares r1a r1b j2 N1 if you search others turkic poeple you will see .. and you morons say that turks killed and raped armenians and you say turks origin belong to armenians you are sick man :D

Yeah cool story bro. you killed all anatolians and replaced them with your turks from space. :D :D :D :D

But one question, do you think genetics are a base for sucess? Because all mediterranean countries are really sucessful while turkey has a lower GDP per capita than romania.

What do you think causes this economic weakness in turkey? Anatolia connects europe with the middle east so it should at least have the same economic power as spain. Yet spain has far more economic power than turkey. Whats the reason behind this lack?

Are you stupid on purpose or just born like that? We are fighting terrorism, hosting 3 million refugees and fighting Russian expansionism while you sit in Europe and cry about the odd migrant boat from Libya and complain about how bad the quality of coffee is in other countries compared to Italian coffee. We live in different worlds..for now

This is one of the most pseudoscientific crap I've ever read in my entire life. >_<

For starters, there's no such thing as a "Caucasian" haplogroup or an "Altaic" haplogroup.

Furthermore, haplogroups R1a and R1b have nothing to do with the Turkic-speaking peoples or any other linguistic group for that matter. These two haplogroups are very common throughout Eurasia, except in the Far East (i.e. East Asia and Southeast Asia). That's not surprising because these two particular haplogroups are believed to be associated with the human migrations out of the Middle East after the end of the last glacial period.

As for haplogroup J2, it originated in the Middle East and is very common among Middle Eastern population clusters. It's a very old haplogroup and it became prevalent during the Neolithic period.

Anyway, autosomal DNA samples are more accurate and thorough than Y-chromosome DNA samples when it comes to identifying each population cluster.

you stupid iranian shit who said that r1a and r1b turkic haplogroups ? r1 and r1b accoured more than 20 000 years ago
but most older r1a dna found in altaic mountains also j2a and r1b most common all the turkic people so what is crap than ?
also r1a z93 and z94 branchs most common in turkic people we know that kayi clan (founder of ottoman) have r1a z94 also ashina clan founder first turkic empire carried r1a z94 also dulo clan origin belong to Attila they have z94 futhermore uzun hasan founder of aqkoyunlu empire his grandchilderen carry r1a z94 so what is the problem ?

and turkic shors bashkirs and turkmens carry high common r1b and they have older r1b branch than eu - and middle east people.

and j2 y dna occured 16 000 years ago that j2 Y dna origin belong to syria but they dont live only midde east they went to everywhere like other haplogroups.

also j2 Y dna found old times in altaic mountains

also good video for r1a , r1b and Q

Please show me the 6 billion. I really think it would be more cost effective to let the refugees go to Europe. A GDP of 15 trillion vs 800 billion is a joke. Also this will allow Europe to show the it's humanist values that it always likes to brag and preach to other countries. You'd agree right amici?

First of all, learn some bloody manners. And learn proper genetics while you're at it.

Secondly, you clearly have no idea what you're blabbering about.

Haplogroup R1a originated somewhere near present-day Iran, according to the latest research:

Major new article on the deep origins of Y-haplogroup R1a (Underhill et al. 2014)

http://dienekes.blogspot.com/2014/03/major-new-article-on-deep-origins-of-y.html

Owing to the prevalence of basal lineages and the high levels of haplogroup diversities in the region, we find a compelling case for the Middle East, possibly near present-day Iran, as the geographic origin of hg R1a.

Furthermore, the Brahmins of West Bengal (India) have the highest frequency of haplogroup R1a in the World:

http://www.nature.com/jhg/journal/v54/n1/abs/jhg20082a.html

As for Turkey, haplogroup R1a has a frequency of only 7.5%, which is a little higher than in Iraq and Iran:

http://www.jfpalmen.nl/files/Wiik_Haplogroup_R1a.pdf

On average, Eurasian population clusters that are farthest from the Middle East have a greater frequency of either haplogroup R1a or R1b, except for those in the Far East:

http://www.eupedia.com/europe/european_y-dna_haplogroups.shtml

As for haplogroup J2, it has high frequencies among all population clusters than can trace their ancestral roots to the populations that migrated out of the northern areas of the Fertile Crescent since the end of the last glacial period.

Finally, the people of Turkey have very little to do with the original Turkic tribes of Siberia.

Take a look at this autosomal DNA chart:

14y4i0.png

The modern day Turks are predominantly descendants of ancient population clusters that inhabited Anatolia and Asia Minor. Genetically speaking, the Turks have more affinity to the peoples of their immediate neighborhood (e.g. the Arabs, Iranians and Greeks) than they do to the pure Turkic peoples of Siberia.

Here's another link for you to look at:

A genetic atlas of human admixture history
Companion website for "A genetic atlas of human admixture history", Hellenthal et al, Science (2014).

http://admixturemap.paintmychromosomes.com/

^^According to the above link, the Turks are closest to the following peoples:

1. Greeks (11.1%)
2. Armenians (9.9%)
3. Iranians (8.5%)
4. Georgians (7.4%)
5. West Sicilians (7.0%)
6. Cypriots (6.2%)
7. South Italians (6.1%)

That's real science for you. Hopefully it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable lol.

What is your misguided fascination with Turkey? Is there nothing to do in Kuwait? Or are you just another pathetic false flagger ?
