Dadri lynching: IAF mulls moving personnel's family - Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha

************

The teams on Thursday night arrested Matru, who had shot the police officer, along with three others, Ehsan, Furqan and Maisar, said SP (rural areas), Brijesh Kumar Srivastava.

"The accused, Matru, is a notorious criminal and is wanted in several cases of dacoity and loot.

"All four have been sent to judicial custody and booked under different sections of IPC. We have also slapped Gangster Act against them and would also recommend imposition of National Security Act against the arrested persons considering the nature of crime they committed," said Srivastava.

Meanwhile the incident triggered a blame game between leaders of political parties with each blaming other for the crisis. Names of several former and serving MLAs have cropped up during the ongoing slugfest.

It may be recalled that a police party, led by sub inspector Mishra, which was on trail of a gang of cattle smugglers in Padarathpur village on Wednesday night was ambushed by the cattle smugglers who fatally shot Mishra.

i am not getting you should they show solidarity to the killers also ?
What he is trying to deflect or rather use to deflect is that why the entire sane portion of Indian populace is sympathising with a old man lynched for eating the holy cow-accused ie, and not with a policeman who fell to occupational hazards.
After all,a mob lynching an innocent man is nothing compared to someone killed in defense of cows.

Yeah so which media held a prime time debate over the issue? or for that matter of sub inspector NK Tyagi who was run over by the truck used by cattle smugglers? His dead body was scattered all over the road. where were these guys at that time?

Nope with people who get killed by people involved in beef trade.
I am unaware of that any beef trader kill innocent people. never heard before

Yes such news are unheard of, that's why selective vigil will further polarize the atmosphere.

fault lies with the government for not building cow shelters hence people sell the cattle ( they don't care for what happens to them after wards), some are consumed at various places and some are smuggled across the border to bangladesh. This is idiotic on part of government when they want to ban the cow slaughter but don't have enough facilities to keep them. They just want to play politics over this issue.

Why is the military commenting on civilian issues? If the family is in a threat then it's the job of the police to protect and move them if necessary.

You f**king idiot.

The police reaction was to conduct a forensic analysis of the meat contained in that home.

Azaadi for UP and Bihar.

Just kidding guys, dont lynch me :)

The first good idea since 1947. Thanks.

Any chance of handing these over to Pakistan?

Hats off to IAF for stepping in.

Unfortunately what are the options for the rest of the population who are not related to the armed forces?

Why, you and your Sangh Parivar buddies will come to the rescue.

What's the problem?

Did I ever defended attacking people eating Beef? I don't need moralizing by hypocrite moralists.
What do you think UP and Bihar both have in common?
They both have the largest share of Muslim population in India. Go figure that out.

If the attack was really because of their financial condition than why is media twisting it to make it a hindu-muslim issue? Indian media is criminal.

Indian media probably reciprocates your sentiments.

There should be a new homeland for Muslims of india. Life is becoming very insecure for Muslim indians.

There should be a new country carved out of india...called Musalmanistan..and Pakistan should sign joint-defence pact with that country and help them develop their security forces etc.

Why did you put Teesra and Hunter into your nick?

Just curious.

Cow Slaughter is prohibited in Uttar Pradesh and in rural areas we are having majority of people in Agriculture sector.

Cows are owned by the farmers and the cows which are not owned by anyone goes to cow shelters.

A booklet, Gai aur Islam (cow and Islam), which is a compilation of articles by several Muslim clerics highlighting the importance of cow in the religion, will also be distributed in areas dominated by the minority community

The Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) will felicitate Muslims who own or rear cows and ask them to take a pledge against cow slaughter. The felicitation will be done at ‘Muslim Gau Palak Sammelans’. The MRM, a minority body backed by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), will also set up 10 cow shelters — Gau Palak Kendra — to be exclusively managed by Muslims in Uttar Pradesh.

MRM held its first Muslim Gau Palak Sammelan in Haryana’s Mewat district on September 13. The event was attended by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Khattar and chief of All India Imam Council Imam Umar Ahmed Ilyasi.

“We have planned to open 10 Muslim Gau Palak Kendras, which will be owned and managed by Muslims. We want to show our Hindu brethren that Muslims also respect cows,” he said.

Imam Umar Ahmed Ilyasi welcomed the idea of holding such functions. “It is a good idea. We also want to have good relations with Hindus. Cow is considered sacred by Hindus so Muslims should come forward and avoid its slaughter,” Ilyasi said.
