While the outbreak was happening in China, every other nation cancelled flights... They allowed flights to occur.

One can say that the world would not be the same , cause something like that never happened before.

I think it might effect how we look at things , specially in the west . Maybe people will think what we do to our planet , how many things we take for granted like going to the supermarket and getting our stuff or meeting with friends, seems many now have spare time to contemplate about their life,

History showed that many time after trouble came growth.

So they didn't. Flights from China/JPN/South Korea were halted by us but unfortunately we messed up the things at Iranian border which we were not expecting.
