CNS, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi on an official visit to USA

You are utter naive if you think US is in any mood to keep a working relationship with us. If you cant see that despite of whats happening around you and instead choose to burry your head in the sand, than its your problem, not mine.
US sees us only through the lens of Afghanistan and they have made that absolutely clear, the sooner we except this reality, the better it would be.
No one is burying their heads in the sand. Everyone is aware of the sides that have been taken. When you are a poodle you dont take a Dobermann head on. You try and qppear friendly. This is/what the US has done. It has not openly taken sides against Pakistan. No one in their right mind will flare the situation up by making aggressive designs and postures. When the other side shows its cards we will be ready too. But we hope it will not cometo that and both sides will take a civil position when the cards are drawn. There wilp be reallignment of the US Pak relationship but it does not have to be daggers drawn. Even with China the US is posturing aggressively but oc China achieves its aims US will join in the money making ventures.

The PAF and Army service dresses leave a lot to desired.
I think the ones they already have are good, but for ceremonial occasions. It's a good look when trying to exude national military strength. However, for meeting delegates or attending high-level functions, the tie and collar uniform is better. The PA and PAF should bring them back.

Araz sb, Pakistan has been trying to be friendly with all stake holders, in response we got what exactly? You say US has not taken sides openly against us, what do you think is happening in FATF? Who is arm twisting FATF to keep Pakistan in the grey list? Do you think its India alone?
What about Blinken recent statement about reassessing US Pakistan relations on the basis of Afghanistan? What about statements from the Congress where they are openly gunning for Pakistan and want Pakistan to be punished?
Biden did not even bothered to speak with Pakistan, yet alone any meaningful engagement. Europe is threatening to block GSP status of Pakistan over Afghanistan. What does this tell you? As much as we like to remain neutral, sadly others have not left much of an option for us. You gave example of China, it does not relate because China is a big country with a powerful military and equally powerful economy to back it up. You cannot arm twist china without getting arm twisted in return. Even than US is overtly aggressive with China, how do you think it sees Pakistan, a puny state?
US is not used to us giving response back sadly of our own making because of the previous governments who needed a place to stay once booted out. This is the first time a government whether we hate it for its shortcoming on the economic front or not, has stood fast on diplomatic and strategic front. It will have repercussions and we need to accept this reality and be prepared rather than engaging in useless activities thinking US will somehow over look. They will not and they will come after you.

My brother.
As for FATF and EUs threat to block GSP status. It is indeed threatened but not enacted. Look what must be understood in IR is that a lot of things are done as a threat even with a smiling face. What response has to be given has to be with a smiling face. Do you remember what aas done while we had the MFNNA status, and how our own sold us out. It was not a nice thing but we needed to do that to get out of that trap. Another trap is being laid and we need to carefully negotiate our way out. A strong rebuttal and assertion of our own narrative keeping in view our national interests is the need of the time. Our FM is going around but Moeed Yusuf is doing a good job asserting our position. He is good as he has the ear of the press and they think they can dominate him but he manages to get the point across even whe smiling. The fact remains you are very pliable if your finances are dependent on the West. A strong and independent Pakistan is not in the Western(and the children of Zion's) interest. The attack comes from there while the voice remains that of India/others. However, as per their old habits they will not come out in the open till the very end. Our aim is to k3ep calm and carry out what is in our national interests.
As to China, please understand that the Chinese friendship depends on its own national interests. When it has not been in its interest the Chinese have just come out with words of support but nothing more. This unfortunately is the way of the world. In our situation we are playing the "we are your friends and we ars neutral" game while carrying on with our aims and objectives. This unfortunately, is the way of the world and its politics. You need to read what happened between Muawia RA and Abdullah ibn Zubair RA to understand the ways of this world and why Muawia RA won against Abdullah Ibn ZubairRA and even Ali RA. politics is a funny and dirty game and NO ONE in there has a clean conscience.
The need of the time requires countries to be kept on our side till we are ready. The other countries will keep doing what they want without actually overtly taking aggressive actions against you as the master pupettier is yet afraid you are not weak enough to nor make a strike over their interests. So this game of cat and mouse will go on. We have bigger battles coming our way. We will need to choose which battles to fight and which ones to avoid. Believe me this is one to avoid. I can sit here and give you examples from our Hadi SAW and his ahadeeth to open this game up. But there is no time a d sleeping cats must be left as such.
