Ch Shujaat isn't the parliamentary head...the constitution talks about the parliamentary party, not political party. Only the parliamentary party can issue instructions.

Ch Shujaat isn't the parliamentary head...the constitution talks about the parliamentary party, not political party. Only the parliamentary party can issue instructions.

2 members of N resigned, 1 is disqualified, and 1 independent has gone with PTI.

So N does not have 178 either as far as I can recall. PTI does have 178.
