As per the Pak constitution Parliamentary leader calls the shot and decides whom the members should vote, he is the incharge.

So D.Speaker Mazari cannot go against the constitution, if he decides to denotify them than it will be in SC. It is not a personal choice or like dislike case.

BTW, now it makes sense why the ECP was so adamant to delaying PP-7 recount and the whole process...because if PML-Q votes are discounted, then N is at an advantage of only 1.
