Did you bother to look it up ? What source they are quoting ? The same ! How credible does this news become ? ZERO ! :azn:
Now , are you expanding your " hacking information " theory to include all Chinese built hardware ? Can you prove what else the blue prints were stolen for ? And even if were , what difference are they going to make ? Countries have used spies since the WWII to steal other's tech , think the Yanks and the Russians are clean ? :azn:

Did i deny that the others didn't have it for 50 years ? If they still have it , then it might be useful for them right ? Same is true for Beijing or do you have selective biased views ?
Better to get it done , instead of whining about other's achievements , huh ?

Possibly , I understand it more better than you not to consider only " structural design " as the conclusive prove of two things being exactly the same ... :azn: Genius " design " means to make the plan which can be anything of an aircraft in this case ! That too I have to explain ...

Strategic bombers are the first to target what ? The fighter aircraft ? Do you have any idea what you are talking about ? What was true for WWII scenario , remains true today too because the bomber was to be detected and brought down by fighters ... Enlighten me , what would be the use of fighters if you could go to the enemy territory and bomb the hell out of it ?
Just bring down all forward air bases and fighters on ground ... No opposition ! But this isn't the case of course , air superiority/fihter/multi role aircraft have to accompany bombers so they can conduct their mission whilst the escort takes care of enemy opposition in the air ... Beyond your level , is it ? ... I never said that it isn't , just that your absurd logic that development of SAM's has rendered bombers useless , so even the other aircraft would be useless since they are vulnerable too ?

You think some AC's left for 8 year is rusting old crap ? Are you telling me that PLAAN cant refit/remove-corrosion/modernize it ? As if it wasn't enough that you have some 50 years old INS Viraat ... Even your new Gorshkov was rusting for the same 8 years ! ... Dont get me the ridiculous argument that it was complete and operational since even ex-Varyag was structurally complete at the time of sale ... Need a dose of reality , I will let Wiki help you ...

The ship was laid down in 1978 at Nikolayev South (Shipyard No.444) in Ukraine, launched in 1982, and commissioned in 1987. The delay in commissioning was largely caused by software bugs in the new command and control system. The ship was renamed Admiral Gorshkov after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, as the city of Baku was now in independent Azerbaijan. Sergey Gorshkov was responsible for the expansion of the Soviet Navy during the Cold War. In 1994, following a boiler room explosion, the ship was docked for a year of repairs. Although she returned to service in 1995, she was finally withdrawn in 1996 and offered for sale. On January 20, 2004, Russia agreed to sell the Admiral Gorshkov to India, though payment details are still being worked out. On December 17, 2009, it was reported that India and Russia ended the stalemate over Gorshkov price deal by agreeing on a price of USD 2.3-billion[4][5][6]

Possibly , if you are feeling the heat , you can move on to BR where the baseless claims ridiculing other countries are appreciated and celebrated and nobody tries to refute them :D If you cannot make your point in a debate , sorry nobody can help you ... As far as I know , Russia has sold the same engines and electronics to China too , they are clever businessmen , they even indirectly sold us RD-93 despite massive Indian protest ... Is it watered-down ? No ! ... If you couldn't stop that sale of negligible worth ( but most important for Pakistan ) than what China had previously bought , then how do you assume that Moscow wouldn't have supplied the same to Beijing previously too as they do to you ? Are you special ?

Crap ! Tejas is a necessity/primary requirement for your AF since they need to get rid of the " flying coffins " Mig-21 which kill your pilots every week  Aren't you already below the sanctioned strength of squadrons or you know better than your AF ? Just because HAL couldn't deliver it on time , they are forced to depend on upgrading the Mig29's and somehow continue to use done-with and worn-out airframed Mig-21 ! Rafale will take a very long time to delivered by France ! IAF needed Tejas to fill the gap ... Not happening , is it ?

So after being refuted , you are blatantly lying ? ... The news of IOC-2 was all over !

LCA Tejas Update: HAL in aggressive mode for IOC-2 | Defence
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) is on a tight schedule and is racing ahead to reach the deadlines, eight LCA Tejas platforms are currently in the process of achieving the requirements of IOC-2. The Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) achieved Initial Operational Clearance (IOC-1) in January this year, the IOC-1 was a watered down version of a full IOC because the LCA did not meet the complete requirements.

Tarmak007 -- A bold blog on Indian defence: Tejas on campaign mode to complete IOC-2 missions
TheIndian Air Force (IAF) too is warming up to raise the Tejas Squadron (Flying Daggers). Express had earlier reported that the IAF wanted HAL-Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) combine to complete the closure of development phase at the end of IOC-2.

UPA's major goof up: Tejas inducted - Economic Times
In a major goof-up , the 'Report to the People' released by PM Manmohan Singh on Tuesday evening to mark UPA II's third anniversary in office lists the "induction of Light Combat Aircraft Tejas into IAF'' as a "major milestone'' in the defence arena. Competitive politics apart, the simple fact is that Tejas is still at least two years away from becoming fully operational despite being almost three decades in the making after first being sanctioned in 1983 at a cost of Rs 560 crore. But it became clear later that Tejas had only achieved partial IOC. It would have to be followed by IOC-II to certify the fighter was fully airworthy. Moreover, it would require the final operational clearance (FOC), with integration of all weapons and other systems, before it could be deemed combat-worthy . HAL and DRDO have set a December 2012 deadline for the FOC. But, sources say, Tejas will be ready for induction only towards mid-2013 at the earliest.

Prove it ... Earlier aircraft were reverse engineered/copied/license made but the same isn't true for newer ones ! How can i consider the J-8 , JH-7 , J 10 , JF 17 and J 20 "copied" ?
Every aircraft is somehow similar to another , doesn't mean they are the same !

No , go ahead if you can explain it because you cant even do that ... They have been developing systems on their own based on past RE experience ... That is your fault if you consider everything as " copied " ... And what comes after " Reverse Engineering " ? Innovation and Creation ... Complete cycle , simple !

I admire you patience to deal with brainwashed Indians, but it appears he is a bit slow of getting you have been teaching him

that dimw1t is desperate, he has got nothing to argue but, a desperate outcry for his inferior complexity`lol

and the humiliation part is those primitive indians have to pay ridiculous prices for Russian to up-grade.too much for a primitive country to laugh at others```this article says it perfectly

but apart from Russian planes () you are not able to sell any of your fighter because of quality issue

MBT-2000 exported, Q-5 exported, Type-97 exported, F-22 exported, JF-17 exported, K-8 trainer jet exported.....etc, too much for ignorant and primitive Indians who have to import bullets

Hello, you have to mention to hindustani F-7 Variants are exported to 17 countries with 15 Actively operating them, a major sucess.

Does that still makes any sense... ?
Other countries used spies to know about the secret weapons of other countries... they didn't copied the machine's design features into their own machine and came out with a poor outcome... the used their own brainpower and resources to make counter.. which were unique in

The stopped the production of such bombers long time ago... most of those bombers are retired... again your ill-education fails you here... a few are kept just in case they need to carpet bomb Afghanistan or Iraq.
If you still didn't understand, this is what happened to such bombers 20 years ago.

They target enemy Early warning system... enemy air differences that's what B-2/B-1B/T-22/Tu-160 etc.. etc do... If you do the mistake of pushing your fancy air-superiority fighters in enemy territory without these being taken care off you'll end up losing more to the ground defenses than in air.
This isn't WW2 any more boy... and get your WW2 mentality out.... It doesn't work here any more... might do in China but not rest of the world.
These 60year old bombers are a sitting duck for modern era SAMs.

Yes my boy... your heat is too much to be to tolerated.
Go and ask your school teacher about the difference between a Machine under repairs and the one waiting to be scrapped.
No they DID NOT sell BARS/SAP-518/SAP-14...etc etc.. to China.
Neither did they sell TVC AL-31 turbofans to china(the one with higher T/w ratio.)... only one such engine was provided which currently flies their J-20.
If you don't know about it better agree... don't make a joke of yourself.
About RD-93... they supply the Upgraded RD-33 to India... forget about India protesting massively.. Its only good for her as the dependence of Pakistan increases on Russian hardware... there was a mute suggestion and and exports were blocked for some time.

There a different reason for Mig 21 crashes... to deal with them more and more intermediate trainers are required not combat fighters... now that the trainer deals are being put on track... the crashes would go down soon.

Now with your IOC confusion... there's only one IOC.... it was done in two steps... 1st involving use of weapons like heat seeking short range missiles, Guided bombing and ground attack, Navigation, flight dynamics etc... the 2nd part involving use of Radar guided missiles, AMRAAM, Electronic warfare etc... same happens elsewhere in the world too.. doesn't it ?
But there are some countries who take FOC with only heat seeking missiles firing and ability to drop unguided gravity bombs.... as in the case with JF-17... the Article clearly says about FOC in an year... now whats wrong with that ?.. when you have gighters like Su-30MKI/Mig-29UPG/M-2K/Jaguars in good numbers.

Kalashnikov upset by Indian 'copy'

The Russian company behind the world's most infamous rifle, the Kalashnikov AK-47, is up in arms over an alleged copy made by India's state weapons maker.
Representatives from Izhmash, the gun's original manufacturer, discovered what they see as an Indian rip-off of the AK-47 at an arms fair in Delhi.

But India's Ordnance Factory Board says the weapon is different enough to count as a distinct design.

AK-47 copies are produced in dozens of countries, but only a handful have formally licensed it.

The row blew up, Izhmash representatives told Agence France Presse news agency, when the man who invented the AK-47 in World War II visited OFB's pavilion at the arms fair and saw what he thought was a copy of his brainchild.

"I don't see any permission being given to India to manufacture the rifle" and sell it for export, said Izhmash's Andrei Vishnyakov.

Russia is India's largest supplier of weapons - although not of AK-47s.

'Threat'

The new weapon has yet to appear on OFB's website, which advertises products ranging from pistols to main battle tanks.

Still, OFB staff were keen to deny the accusation.

"The cocking mechanism is different, the lever has been changed and the barrel is chrome-plated," OFB gun designer Mohammad Ali told AFP.

For general manager MK Garg, Izhmash's complaint rests on a false premise.

"The Russian Kalashnikov was made in 1947 and no patent in the armament industry is valid beyond 30 years," he said.

"It seems they are threatened by our product."

Who owns what?

Izhmash has run into copyright problems before.

Russian companies spent two years disputing who controlled rights to the AK-47 before Izhmash finally won sole control in 2002.

But the millions of copies sold in arms bazaars over the world - and appearing on at least one national flag (Mozambique's) as well - have yet to produce much in the way of royalties.

India can only copy simple Ak-47 then shameless Indian like u go around barking at others of copy...
