The PLAAF thought the US in the 1950's and they did not do well, the Indians though the very formidable and well trained Pakistani air force numerous times.

we also fought the pakistanis who were highly trained by the US and used the latest US jets during 1965 and 1971 wars. although we outnumbered them, they were better in quality. still we won both wars.

IAF and PAF have been engaged in very serious dogfights in the past.

in the present, IAF has exchanged quantity for quality.

we had many aces including one with over 60 kills, as the war went on the Russian air force received better aircraft and better training, initially the Russian air force did not due too well because of outdated aircraft but towards the end of the war they mached the Germans, more importantly it was a small group of Russian pilots that contributed to over half of all Sabre kills in Korea, in all Russian pilots in Korea downed hundreds of allied fighters/bombers.

You mean in 1953? It was true,but in 1950s and 1951s ,no.The PLAAF had no respect airforce cover until very late stage of the Korea war,othewise the UN troops were already kicked out of Korea.

PLA is better than IA no doubt.

but when it comes to the navy, its a completely different story. Indian navy is probably the best in asia. why? massive experiance and hardware.

Indian navy has sunk countless warships and submarines in the past and of course the pirates declared war on indian navy.

You don't need an aircraft carrier to win a naval war. Especially when it can be sunk by submarines, which China have plenty of.

Indian army is rapdily modernising, but in no time are they ready for a naval war, let alone sustain and win it.

A/C helps a lot. they are accompanied by a battle group that is sub specific. IN have sunk subs b4 so we have exp.

Indian army is modernising but is not a match for PLA, which i believe is the best in the world. IAF and IN are another matter however.

PS: about the video, indian media companies sensationalize everything. u should know that by now
