It can detect even F-22 at range 400km! For accuracy it will apply several receiver in different location but not necessarily need to be placed on several radical axis as per your claim.
The only way F-35 avoid this kind of passive detection is being silent, not using radar, not using datalink or radio communication. Can they? esp as you claim will rule the sky?

If you have any concrete evidence to support your claim then present it otherwise the status is we are not giving any permanent basis to any foreign miltary.
