We already have Meteors as of now and Atra MK2 will be tested in a few months and MK2 by 2022. Plus every missile has a no escape zone, whats the NEZ of PL-15?

After the 2nd pulse ends then the missile will just remain a projectile then it will only be able to engage non manoeuvrable aircrafts.

100km is ok, I don’t know if more effective with longer range. Vietnam airforce is more focused on attacking enemy warships.
