China Military Buildup Shifts Balance of Power in Asia in Beijing’s Favor

What if china took out all the satellites then what will you see then

View attachment 133542

First off, the US has the same capability to take out satellites that China does. Second, yes US satellites are vulnerable, but we are taking steps to mitigate that problem. Two maneuverable satellites were launched a couple months ago to monitor geostationary orbit. The US will not only see potential adversarial actions in this orbit, but will be able to gain up close intelligence due to its highly maneuverable capability. This was actually a black program until it was declassified for deterrence purposes. DARPA is also looking to develop smaller satellites than can be rapidly inserted into orbit. Third, barring a nuclear EMP attack, it is impossible to take out all the US GPS constellation. I say that, because those were the words of the commander of our space command.

ISR involves much more than just satellites. Aircraft, drones, radars....they all play a part in gaining a picture of the battlefield.

Just an what if scenario, in which the US and her allies has the more capabilities to took out all of Chinese satellites. Don't you think US and Soviet has been engaged each other in anti-satellites weapons races since more than four decades just for nothing?

stop saying US and her allies, it's just the US, not one of the US's "allies" has any capability that the US doesn't have or surpass.

Are we basing all our facts on assumptions? China is not democratic, is not a US ally, was crazy just 40 years ago, and yet, here we are. We have broke all assumptions and made it here.

US has demonstrated it's anti satellite weapons, and so have we, we are not saying we could, we showed time and again we could, perhaps not as cleanly as the US, but it gets the job done.

Just like Hypersonic weapons, we along with the US have demonstrated that we are both at an advance stage in development, far ahead of any other country.

So your assumption that we started later, holds no ground, especially considering, missile forces is one of the field we actually have something close to parity there.

Well US certainly is ahead in term of situational awareness no doubt

But China has momentum & Mother Russia

Don't close your eyes. If US engaging ones enemies she must not be walking alone. Even when she engaged against the mighty Soviet Union with her Warsaw in pacts in Cold War they got solid stance until the demise of Soviet Union, and any US allies will/may create multiplier forces in which China must cope with them accordingly. Or you will take it for granted capabilities of some countries like UK, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Japan to engage an all out war?

cough, are the holy mother Russia is Chinese allies? nope, they are just cooperating each other by taking advantage from each other

This is the last image that was taken by the infrared seeker on a SM-3 Blk 1A before it intercepted a satellite.

If USA could spend more and more money on the war,USA would lose hegemony.
The allies around us could adopt ground attack to China?I think just nuts could think it out.Allies is just allies but have blood relationship.Even Japan could not get F22 in the worse situation.Don't make a daydream
In addition, don't think of those stupid, groundless and unreasonable things,if so,it could do damage to your brain...

LOL... Whatever ur guys try u best to show off how strong the U.S Navy, the China still be there safety and developing Chinese superweapons.

Where's the U.S 10x aircraft carriers ? U should quickly send to China, or more and more PLAN air-defense 052C/D & 055 DDGs will out and J-20 will join PLAAF in next years. Did ur guys see the War between U.S and USSR in Cold War before ? Did ur guys see the War between U.S and Russia before ? Or did ur guys see the Battle between U.S and China before ? :blah: Right now nobody know who will be the last one in the WWIII, even the U.S whether can keep his N.o1 seat after Big War with Russia or China.:triniti: If U.S will be fool enough to start WWIII with China or Russia, the N.o1 end yet and U.S will be next fallen Great Britain. :butcher:

Just keep going , show Chinese ur 10x aircraft carriers.
Where them ? Except U.S, is there anyone try to stop China now ? :pop:

Chinese hold on the US economy is exaggarated.

Most of the debt owed by the US government is to its own citizens.

During World War II, US citizens bought war bonds which helped pay for the War.
Yes, only in last World War ... do u like a WWIII ?:smokin:

And you must taking into account, if there is any trade missile it must be between the Mainland China against US fleets in and around Pacific Ocean. The collateral damage of the Chinese mainland side must be much worsen than US, and if the industrial capabilities of the US and her Allies in Europe left untouched who do you think can continue to trade in the business?

Don't be so sure about that. Expedition fleet need logistic more than the defensive side. Even the mighty Arleigh Burke and Ohio need a base to resupply and refueling. And unfortunately those bases are within China's missile range. Beside that, not all countries can make Tomahawk and the mighty SM3. They need a safe transport route to send those missiles to the bases so those fleet can get resupply and restocked. If those route are disturbed, the war will become harder at their side.

I don't say that they won't guard the supply route. But think about that, China will easier get resupply than the US Fleet, Because their logistic route is shorter. They can reach the front line easier than the US have to bring their logistic into the front line. Thus, theoretically China can have more ammunition than the US side.

And don't compare China with Libya, Iraq and Syria's Assad. Technically those Middle East countries don't have the capability to fight back. They have already have surrounded at the beginning of the war. And their supply route has been cut, making them practically helpless. But China is different. They capable to mass produce their own weapon. Their man power is enough to wage a long war, and their economy is mighty. Plus, US hasn't surround China. Both have a great influence to the smaller countries around China. Making surround the Giant Panda difficult. Thus this situation will make the US advantage decreased at the initial stage of the war.

Doesn't think about that, US military has been in logistics business issue since the end of War World II, they have been waging war virtually in all of this earth continent except in Antarctic. Surely they will not foolish enough to engaging China in any ground battle, but just for any Naval conflict and Missiles shooting trades they not need gargantuan logistics supply just to leveling any Chinese coastal cities surely they have been stockpiled enough missiles and fuel for their Bomber, fighter, Subs and Ships.

US allied like France, UK, Japan and Germany has enough industrial and technical capability to produce something inline with Cruise missiles and even Ballistic Missiles in large number even they built their own ICBM to arming their SSN and SSBN forces (for UK and France cases), don't forget it was Germany who actually pioneering the first Ballistic missiles bombardment to any Cities in the world.

My friend, during WWII, the Soviet and Britain was no where near as tight as Sino-Russia today but they are still allied to face a common enemy. US is Russia's eternal enemy and in a geopolitical war, there is no question we and Russia will fight together. With us two, energy, manpower, technology, and lass mass in 20 years, we'll be Un-stop-pa-ble! LOL

Nah, manned fighters won't be useful in initial phase of the conflict if US and China ever have direct confrontation. As long as the sky belong to China, US won't send their warplanes to the front line. They will depend more on Tomahawk and other missiles. Unless US want a bloodbath at their side scenario in the early phase of the conflict.

So mobile missile platform like Submarines and Destroyers will be the one that open fire at the beginning of the war.
