Are Vietnam and Mongolia only 2 countries in the region ? lol What if China builds bases in Pakistan , Sri Lanka and Bangladesh ? Where will be India after that ?

Lankans and Banglas (real life ones, not PDF) are not as idiotic as you think they are, mate. Simply put, that'd put a bull's eye on them in case of a war between the two Asian giants. Usually these Mongolia, SL, Bangladesh type military ties are more or less diplomatic and meant for mutual benefit. Like how Chinese benefit from selling weapons to SL, Bangladesh and you for example. Maybe we could leverage some commercial deal in exchange since Mongols are not militarily active.

This action will be treated as open war with India.

If Modi becomes our PM (hopefully) then yes. With CONgress, I doubt they'd ever declare that status even if SL was to jump into our lap straight, forget giving bases.

Both BD and SL are friend of India not like Vietnam and Mongolia(with China) and I dnt think rulers of BD or SL are that much fool

Mongols don't like Chinese but they are too weak and too dependent on them to do anything. Vietnam is a far far different case mate. You know what those guys are capable of doing. .

Vietnam does not have the ability to launch offensive military operations against China; their economy is also heavily dependent on China, as we buy their raw materials, sell them our manufactured products, and Vietnamese illegal immigrants are flooding into China.

That leaves Japan and the US then.

Not sure if you have been following the thread but how will any military ties between India and Mongolia worry China. In fact its more likely that this will benefit Mongolia much much more who will try to pull India into any frays between themselves with China or Russia.

Rather than that India GOV should spend more energy in discussing with its neighour first and then think about Mongolia...It is nice to have a business relation and economic cooperation with any one...

Congress lost the Golden opportunity to amend its ties with BD due to its inept handling of Mamta Di....So its should focus more on it rather than courting Mongolia...

Hmm valid point , but things will be much better if we cooperate with bd and in the same time makeup friendly ties with Mongolia . M glad dat goi is taking + steps in both the cases .
