I think, China is no more with us. It all started once we stopped the construction of deep sea port near MoheshKhal (Chittagong)with Chinese help and gave a green signal to India to construct the same some where in Kua Kata.

Yeah I'm sure that's it....an irrelevant port in an irrelevant country.....and nothing to do with BD having ZERO direct border with China in first place.....combined with BD heritage of fickle, unstable and deeply polarised politics.

Did China suddenly start arming MM and give massive extensive support to its regime only after this crucial juncture?

You got a point there, indian stooge awami regime severely damaged prospect of Bangladesh. If China purse current course of action, it would not able to achieve its goal either because US and india use this issue to disrupt any silk road port and connectivity.

We all know what happened in response to BDR in Pilkhana and ramped up change in BSF border policy as well (shoot first, ask later....also maintain sentry towers on both sides and zero line construction etc etc).....to the multiple higher bodycount on BD side now....and rising....and BD under SHW just taking it like a champ (BGB nice and docile and act as BD arm of BSF essentially).

Yes, it was probably in 2001. But, BAL was then presiding over the country and the BD-India border clash happened at that period. BNP won the next election, and Khaleda dismissed Gen. Fazlur Rahman, who was the BDR Chief during the clash.

I think you are making yourself too much important in this scenario. China and Myanmar are close ally like China Pakistan...Just revisit the history of Mynamar and see how China has supported the military regime since decades...

Coming to the point of humanity, yes, this is definitely a humanatarian issue...NO doubt about it....Irrepsective of what Indian Gov speaks about this issue, you can not abandon millions of people and kill them in an organized manner...But the way in general, Muslim world has so poor record for human records in their own world, that others just do not pay much attention to it......It is all about geo politics and econimics..Russia and China has to find some benifit to condemn Myanmar in UN...Otherwise, poor Rohingyas will be used as a pawn by Muslim nations for their own publicity...

India has no role to play in this entire crisis...Neither India really has any control on Mynamar Gov not it has any intent to do it...Why would Indian create another enement on eastern front with out any tangible political benifit to our nation itself...

@ India is also facing insurgency for the last 70 years almost in all seven sisters including Kashmir. But India is not killing them indiscriminately with the exception of Kashmir.

@ I completely disagree with Modi's policy on Rohinga issue. Rohinga separatist movement is not a new issue. It is a decades old. Even, if we give shelter to them it hardly matters. India had been sponsoring the Shani Bahins for more than 27 years in Chittagong Hills Tract. In those days we also sheltered the insurgents of Tripuras and others.

@ How many Security Forces Rohingas has killed only 07/09 ? This is normal in a day in India but we hardly find any reaction from Indian govt. It is just the beginning in Myenmar from the Rohinga side.

its a difficult choice by China.....very difficult.

It's the political wrestling between Russia&China and the West. But Rohingyas is there to suffer. The west believes Sukyi had betrayed them, they will have to take her out. All parties try To control Myanmar is the root cause of this tragedy.
