hey i am too young to be a specialist i just started practicing medicine as a doctor another 3 years before i specialize... I am what you would call an MBBS

being the youngest in the family plus I am very small sized people easily mistake me as a lost child...I have problems getting SOME expression on my face Prob just cold at heart

well, PM thing is only for "selected members" like mods and TT...they are members who have been appointed by admin while the ranking thing is based on our post counts hence even a troll can be a general
