When these young guys are promoted, they are basically in debt for their promotion to the Sharif Family. Fawad Hassan, made the Head of Bureaucracy when his seniority is 147. Its like saying, the Youngest Major General was promoted as the Chief of Army Staff bypassing 147 people. It is not uncommon at all in Punjab to see a Grade 17 Officer serving in a Grade 19 Post, or a Grade 19 Officer serving at a Grade 21 Post.

Well sir some of my very immediate relatives had witnessed how a 19 scale officer is recruited not in the fps. Office but in a ----- nevermind as for the general groups the stories are more horrible in nature

No, more like an average citizen posting on the follies of the merit system. You don't post someone from Grade 17 to a Grade 19 job. Its simple merit, maybe this might be too much for your corrupt peanut sized brain but that's how all successful organizations work. There is a reason why the Army is the most disciplined institution because they follow merit, and our bureaucracy is a complete mess exactly because of what you're defending.

I did an MBA from a top school, certainly did a lot better than i would have if i had done CSS. When i worked on the Equities side, i was making more than a Federal Secretary would make. At least i earn a Halal Living, I know how much you're against that but that's the way i prefer to live my life. You clearly seem okay with corrupt money, but that's just not me.
