Bureaucracy rebels against Maryam Nawaz

Well our awaam is to be blamed for this still they can't see that he is acting like a king will support him defend him blindly we really deserve these people as our "leaders"

. .
All those bureaucrats who are dis obeying her majesty orders will pay price upon his majesty return. This is how things work in family kingdom.....
are they out of their minds? they might pay with their lives. Rana Sannah Ullah may bring in some of his LeJ friends to deal with them. when he became law minister he saw to it personally that policemen who bothered him and his friends.. met a dreadful end

coming to the DMG personnel I think their Nikkah are annulled.. they must leave their wives otherwise they are committing sin in Ramadan. disobeying the crown princes is Blasphemy

. .
Nepotism knows no borders!!! Congress, PPP and PML-N ... all from the same stock!!

Wasn't Manmohan Singh with Congress.....My Indian friends used to love him, do the people in India have a different opinion on him?

Doing Sehri in media cell. Will reply you after Iftaari with a proper and befitting justification

I was just very curious to know how the PML-N supporters actually justify this, what possible explanation they could give for this.

But let's not be harsh here, @Muhammad Omar is by far the most sensible of the PML-N supporters and actually provides logic/facts for his arguments. Let's not confuse him with the paid trolls @SBD-3 or @Zaneesh852.

No Justification needed, They will give example of how IK is running a KPK government through a proxy CM khattak. Thats the reason whenever something goes wrong in KPK, they only blame IK instead of Khattak and his inept team of ministers

Yeah I have to agree. Omar was extreme in his views once. Now he became moderate. You forgot @Tameem in paid trolls :P

I dont know what happened to @SBD-3. When he was hunsnain0099 he used to be very sensible and were active participant in technical discussions.

his daughter issued many orders
The sources said that after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif went to London , his daughter issued many orders to the bureaucracy but they threw these directives into the dustbin.
It is pertinent to mention here that Maryam Nawaz has established a media cell in the Prime Minister’s House that has a budget of billion of rupees ,from where she controls media persons.

well PML N is going down Because of this.. Even there Are many MNA's Elected which rejected the orders of Maryam Nawaz.. If PML N losses the Election of 2018 the top reason will be Maryam Nawaz... Even There are Disputes between Maryam Nawaz and Hamza Shahbaz...

In Election 2018 it's gonna be Hamza Shahbaz / Shahbaz Sharif VS Maryam Nawaz..

He was lame duck, I hope you are aware. Without Sonia Gandhi and the Gandhi Co he may just have been a good PM, instead we had 10 years of Congress misrule.

ISLAMABAD: After the forming of a forward bloc by some of the PML(N) parliamentarians, the federal bureaucracy has also rebelled against Maryam Nawaz, the daughter of PM Nawaz Sharif and has refused to obey her orders.

Officers who have revolted against Maryam Nawaz , include those belonging to the District Management Group, the Secretariat Group, the Income Tax Group and the Customs Group.

These officers have taken the stance that orders issued by Maryam Nawaz did not have any legal standing as the prime minister is under treatment in London giving all his authority to Maryam , who is neither an MNA nor a senator . She does not possess any official position and above all any notification regarding her empowerment had not been issued.

In the early days of the PML(N) government, Maryam remained on the post of Chairperson PM’s Youth Loan Scheme but on court orders she had to resign from the slot. Afterwards the post was handed over to a woman MNA elected on a reserved seat.

About one dozen officers on the condition of anonymity told Daily Times that a silent unity was formed among the bureaucracy that they would not follow the instructions of Maryam Nawaz.

The sources said that after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif went to London , his daughter issued many orders to the bureaucracy but they threw these directives into the dustbin.

An officer in ministry of housing and works told this reporter that they would not comply with the orders of Maryam Nawaz. Similarly another officer from the finance ministry said that the orders were received through Captain(R) Safdar from the PM’s House but they did not give much importance to them.

An officer at the Prime Minister’s Secretariat told this reporter that the official work is pending due to the absence of the prime minster and a dust cover is gathering on all the important files. He said that Maryam Nawaz was in the grip of three personalities namely Daniyal Aziz, State Minister CADD Tariq Fazal Chaudhary and Talal Chaudhary and due to their greasy tongue they three getting their personal work done.

One of the officers in the law ministry said that Maryam was not eligible to issue orders on behalf of the PM as no notification was issued regarding her and if some officers fulfilled her orders, disciplinary action could be initiated against him/her.

It is pertinent to mention here that Maryam Nawaz has established a media cell in the Prime Minister’s House that has a budget of billion of rupees ,from where she controls media persons. Some of her close aides told this scribe that Maryam had got ample information against the opponents of PML(N) from those media persons who were taking advantage from this cell.

The top bureaucracy said that either the prime minister should reassume his charge after coming to Pakistan or an official gazette notification should be issued to authorise any person to work as his deputy during his absence . They said that if the state of affairs are run as at present then it would be harmful for the country.

Is Pakistan now officially a Family Limited Company where the daughter of the PM who is not even elected issuing our orders and calling meetings of Cabinet Members and Bureaucrats? She has no legal standing, not even a Party Position and she is our De Facto Prime Minister. It seems to me that now we are officially a Banana Republic.

Call this country Banana Republic of Pakistan or Kingdom of Sharif. Pathetic people deserve pathetic leaders. And we are pathetic!

Wasn't Manmohan Singh with Congress.....My Indian friends used to love him, do the people in India have a different opinion on him?

Manmohan was loved for a good 7-8 years as the PM, not sure you know or not, when the movie "Singh is King" came, the same was to be used for him when the Indo-US civil nuke deal passed the test of parliament back in late 2008, and after this his popularity surged really high and people's immense love for him eventually was the reason the Congress ensured a 2nd term in 2009. Decline started 2011/12 when cases of huge corruption running into 10s of billions of dollars was unearthed happening right under his nose, and rather than calling spade a spade, he was busy defending our royal family "The Gandhis", and not take action against the corruption that had happened. The love for him was to eventually change into this big sea of anger against him, and which was enchased by Kejriwal, the current Delhi CM.

Other than that, when the UPA was running the government of which Congress was the lead party, and Manmohan Singh the PM, the real show was run by Sonia Gandhi. Imagine the 7 Race Course Road, the official address/office of the PM was hardly referred to in the media, but the reference was always to 10 Janpath, residence/office of Sonia Gandhi (who is Italian and not an Indian by the way). Back then, she was made the chairperson of NAC (National Advisory Council), which under the constitution had no legal standing, but NAC was a super government, which superseded the government of the day, and if something was uttered by this body, it was always implemented by the government. Manmohan Singh was just a yes ma'am to Sonia, no more!

Believe me when I say this, a large part of what your politicians do, are actually lessons taken by the Congress party, but the implementation in Pakistan of the same remains crude. Your PPP and PML(N) are just copies of the Congress.

very interesting, thank you for explaining. Actually i asked one of colleagues today and he said that nowadays people in India are divided, half of them are in the Modi camp and the other are now with Aam Admi Party. My friend is from Delhi and he is a punjabi, so not sure if that has any influence on his choice
