This blast is also reply of Govt new strategy of Volunteer to fight against terrorist.
Terrorist are trying to demoralize the volunteer who would certainly youngsters.

This is the picture of the Cafeteria for women recently taken by me(i was passing by).I think this was the place where one of the blasts happened but i am not sure as i don't study there(However, i was able to see that the building had been damaged a little).The charts are for remembering the dead.Sorry for the quality of picture,the sun was behind the building.
